COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bold, spicy and menacingly delicious, this American-hopped India Pale Ale offers an aromatic punch and then follows through with a lasting, full-bodied finish.

This one is quickly becoming of my favorite IPA’s. Great hop flavor, but this one doesn’t overwhelm your palate like others, making this an IPA that you can enjoy a few of in a session.

Bottle. Dark copper pour, thin white head. Good strong aroma of citrusy hops and sweet caramel, a hint of alcohol too. Taste is balanced up front with a bitter finale (not as bitter as I expected, but my bottle could have been fresher). A good but not excellent IPA, worth getting but not so much if not 100% fresh.

12 Oz. Pours a slightly hazed orange amber with good size head that leaves bubbly lacing. Aroma is citrus pine floral and a nice fruityness very aromatic! Flavor follows the aroma with a bitter bite soothed away by the perfect malt balance. FInish is smooth slightly oily slick bitterness but never overpowering. Victory has it on!

This is really an outstanding IPA. Scent is mostly hops. Taste is a strong hoppy start, gives way to a nice malt balance. Medium bodied, still strong and bitter, very crisp finish. Delicious.

Tasted at the Music City Brewers Fest BOOM! Wow this is hoppy! First smell was hops, tastes all the way through as hops. A bit hazy on the color but with so many yummy hops it would have to be that way! I have found my new favorite IPA that’s for sure.

Tasted just before a Hop Wallop and left in its shadow. Still a very good IPA, piny, resinous and lemony (but never as lemony and sharp as the Wallop). Traces of sweetness but intense hops dominate everything, as I like them. "...I mean, I am the Devil, do you understand?"

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a pint glass. Enjoy by Sept 12, 2010 printed on the label. Appearance: Pours an opaque dark caramel with ruby hints and a 2 finger light tan foamy head with nice retention. Excellent lacing throughout. Smell: Caramel and floral hops are the most obvious with hints of grapefruit. Much sweeter smell than most IPAs. Taste: Grapefruit bitterness with hints of pine up front. Slight hints of sweet and roasted malts in the middle followed by a hoppy bitterness reminiscent of lemon rind at the finish. Aftertaste is quite bitter in a good way. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with a good amount of carbonation. Drinkability: Excellent drinkability. You could knock back a few without thinking twice. Overall: Excellent IPA. Great representation of the style. I would definitely recommend this one.

Pours amber/gold with a thick orangy head. The aroma is dank with pine, caramel, some citrus. The flavor is extremely well balanced with just the right combo of piney hop power and sweet caramel. A very enjoyable IPA!
