COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bold, spicy and menacingly delicious, this American-hopped India Pale Ale offers an aromatic punch and then follows through with a lasting, full-bodied finish.

A really tasty IPA that I would recommend to any beer drinker. Smells really strong of hops, but pours a amber golden yellow. Tastes like hops with a flowery finish. overall a great IPA

Bottle. Orange colour with a medium-sized off-white head. Orange, caramel malt and lemon in the aroma. Flavour is a bit sweet with caramel malt, orange and lemon. Some bitterness in the finish.

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2012 Pours amber with a nice lasting creamy head and a grassy/caramel malt aroma. You can really taste that grassyness in the flavour and i am almost certain that they must use centennial to achieve this. Not really my thing but its is a very nice beer just the same.

Casi. Amber with white head and decant lacing. Smells like sour cherries and grapefruit. Starts maori and then goes to a faint hop. Not my favorite.

Burnt copper hue. Nice foamy head. Hoppy, bitter, dry, a bit astringent and malty. Nice linger and taste. Totally decent if a tad thin.

Bottle purchased from Rochford Beer Festival 2011 and taken home to drink. Lightly chilled. Pours a beautiful burnt orange/amber with a tight but foamy head. Eminently inviting. Aroma is a resiny orange with grapefruit and vanilla. Slightly oily on the palate with vanilla a hint of lemon, orange marmalade and a rounded alcohol dessert flavour with a sweet caramel edge. A dry lingering pine and marmalade finish. A complex and delicious beer.
