COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bold, spicy and menacingly delicious, this American-hopped India Pale Ale offers an aromatic punch and then follows through with a lasting, full-bodied finish.

Great label. Aroma--earthy aroma, almost a moxie to it but not revolting. Appearance---pale, golden clear river of loveliness Taste---harden-up, turn your head and swallow. heavy bitterness. Palate---medium body, thick texture, fizzy with a somewhat bitter start and finish though i want more... Overall...i have taste tested worse...i have tested better...middle of the road and a good standby if you few options.

Pours orange with small creamy white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, caramel. Taste is a great balance of caramel malt and spicy, citrus hops. Bitterness is firm but very smooth. Great IPA.

Bottle. Pours light brown with an offwhite head. Active carbonation in this brew. Smells hoppy.. tastes hoppy.. but does not have an alcohol taste at 6.7% ABV. This is their flagship.. and it’s great.

UPDATED: JAN 21, 2012 First Victory beer I’ve had. Good bitterness. Nice color and aroma. Very piney. A lot of citrus and kind of malty.

Lush coppery amber with a thick collar of head. Lusty aromas of hops, coppery malt, pan-roasted pine nuts and just a whiff of gummy resin. Smells gorgeous. A big punch in the face of hoppy bitterness and orange peel. Yes, it’s bold but I think it’s gone a little too far. How many hops are too many?

Golden with a small white head. Hoppy with fruity notes. Malt, fruit and hops. Medium to full body with a long, balanced bitter finish.

The aroma delivers on the hop promise but there’s more to it than just hops. Lemon and toast, as well. The flavor is big with hops, but thankfully not overpowering. Loads of citrus and pine, but a hefty amount of malt gives this beer a very nice body. The finish is dry, almost bitter enough to make your eyes water, and it’s got some staying power. Hop heads won’t be disappointed with this one. I enjoyed it. Not for the weak palated!

Bottle ours copperish-blond with frothy white head. Aroma of leather, spruce. Fairly high malt content. Long lasting bitterness. Medium bodied. Decent IPA but not as good as some of their others.
