COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bold, spicy and menacingly delicious, this American-hopped India Pale Ale offers an aromatic punch and then follows through with a lasting, full-bodied finish.

A good IPA to update your cellar with... this bottle is a bit old, my fault for rating something like this that isn’t fresh. I’ll get another soon and re-rate.

This pours a beautiful rich red bronze with a beige frothy head that dissipates to nice thin lacing. Peach, pine, honey, bread dough, some butter, & hay on the nose are followed by bright bitter resinous pine, peppery spice, & grass flavours on the palate. Smooth medium to full bodied w/ drying bitter finish, this ale is delicious!

Pours a clear, dark orange with a thin white head. Big, bold hops flavor with a strong finish and a bitter aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On Nitro tap in a snifter. Aroma is moderately hoppy. Color is a very clear dark orange/amber color with a thick white head with lots of lacing left on the glass. Taste is lightly hoppy upfront with a nice malty finish. Incredibly smooth mouthfeel from the nitrogen carbonation. Not as hoppy as expected, but still really good.

Pours dark orange with a thin white head. Slightly darker than most IPA's. Huge hop profile in the body, more pine then citrus. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very hoppy . Almost overpowering taste that overwhelms all other flavors. A good last beer of the night because if drank first , all other beers would taste too week ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Victory Hop Devil IPA has a thick, spongy, khaki head, a semi-clear, orange appearance, a few streaming bubbles, and a good amount of sporadic lacing left behind. The aroma is of hop oil, flowers, some pine, and sweet, white bread. Taste is of all those, plus citrus rind, sugar, citrus juice of some sort, hearty (but, not harsh) bitterness, and no alcohol. Mouthfeel is medium, soft, and oily, and Victory Hop Devil IPA finishes mostly dry, refreshing, sweet, and quite drinkable. This is a super IPA, and I most certainly recommend it! RJT

Tasted from a 12oz. bottle. It poured a hazy amber with minimal white head and lacing. Pleasant hop aroma and bitter hop taste. It has lively carbonation and an aggressive, lasting finish. Avoid this Devil if you are not a big hop fan. I am, and I enjoyed this beer.

Do you like hops? Do you want them in an explosive way? Hop Devil is for you, then! Big, big taste. One of the best beers of its type brewed in the USA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at Yard house in American pint. Pours a cloudy brown with thick white two finger head. Great lace. Aroma of spices, fresh bitter hops, bread. Taste is not as bitter as expected but fresh hops, grass, pine and bread. Moderate finish with good balance.
