3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
This one is full on spicy and hoppy. Not for everyone. Gotta be ok with some backbite and bitterness.
Aroma is full of fresh hops and even some caramel and cotton candy (?). Beautiful reddish brown appearance with a very slight and quickly disappearing head and little lacing. Itís clear for the most part.
Itís a bit hoppy for my taste and the alcohol is really prominent in it. Itís not as balanced as I would like it to be and there are less fruit flavors and more complex hops.
Itís a bit sticky and medium thickness on the tongue and it does have a strong hop aftertaste that actually comes down a bit as the beer gets closer to room temperature bringing out some of the other flavors present.
Overall, itís solid. Especially if you are a hop fiend. Iíve really started to enjoy IPAíS in the last year but this one is still a bit on the bitter end for me. I will stick with a few others and try some new ones before I would get this again. Not that itís bad in any way. Itís good. Just not what I am looking for in my IPA.

A: pours a rusty orange ale with excellent clarity. Single finger peanut foam leans into a thin quilt of the same. Ringed lacing.
S: very malty for an ipa. My initial thoughts are how this reminds me of an ipa Called Indica by Lost Coast IIRC. Rich sweet and caramelly malts are complimented with some ruddy, grassy hops. A hint of aluminum. A little too malty for the style IMO.
T: good bitter pinch up front melts into a spiced malt profile. Fairly interesting. Some tastes of orange peels, hibiscus flower, tea (orange pekoe, room temp). More reminds me of an amped up amber with all the malt action.
M: medium to full bodied for the style. Low carb. Slick finish with a decent resonance.
O: looks good, smells and taste are more like an amber or red ale to me. Canít say I really care for this one.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Tap @ Hoprevolution Vol.2. Pours with a nice white head that stays. Aroma is sweet, somewhat subtle with fruity hops and some.. marmalade. Also fruity lemonade, a bit bitter, orange pear cider. HmmÖ Taste is soft and surprisingly smooth, bitterness is well balances with malt roundness. Aftertaste is long and pleasant, sweet-dry. Nice beer where alcohol content is perfectly hidden and that feels nice and refreshing.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. The pour is a slightly cloudy medium amber with a quick eruption of cream colored head that fizzles within a minute or two. The aroma is earthy and spicy but not overpowering in either instance. Also an odd drop of butter. The body is medium and astringent. The taste emphasizes the earthy, resiny hops before anything else. Mild to moderate bitterness at the end. There are better ones to try.

On tap at the rover. Maybe not the freshest example..... Very citrusy aroma. The taste is similar with some caramely background. A little sweet finish.

Solid classic IPA. Lots of new world hops with a blend of citrus (grapefruit), pine and copper. Quite sharp and bitter. Punchy. Very good.
