Aroma: Orangey nose, pine, herbal, spicy aromas. Hoppy, hoppy hoppy. These guys mean business. Mouthfeel: Nice oily texture. Taste: Firm bitterness on a substantial malt background. Citrus, orange peel, herbs and so on. I like the way it blends sweet and bitter. Finish: A long lasting bitter finish with a heavy dose of herbal hops. A bit of alcohol warmness. A touch of gentle sweetness (vanilla?) This is where it shines. Overall: Very, very, very enjoyable. Top class IPA.

I bought this beer a couple of weeks ago - 6 pack glass. I really like this for just a single IPA. Hoppy with an orange aftertaste that was enjoyable. I will continue to buy more!

Pours a slightly hazy orange amber. Off white/beige head that holds well. Eventually fades to lacing. Strong pine aromas, minor citrus and tart character. Perfectly balanced malt backbone, not too overpowering on the sweetness, but present to balance a huge hop character. Some toffee and bready malts compliment the tropical fruits well. Get me a case.

29.11.2013. Hieman sitruksinen ja havuinen makeahko tuoksu, hyvš maltainen, humalainen jšlkimaku. Jollain tavalla kuitenkin vaisu.

Oh what a beauty! Rich, clear amber and bugger all remaining head after a pleasing first pour but given a swirl a new head soon releases resinous pine and rich toffee and not to sweet malt backup. Really nice IPA............bb 24.11.15

Aroma is decidedly hoppy, more of the pine variety than citrus. Some malt backbone detectable but it's mostly just hops. Beautiful dark orange color with crimson notes and a bone white head that clings to the glass as it recedes. Taste is spicy, almost peppery with some dank hops coming in after that. Not much malt sweetness; that's not what they were going for with this one. Palate is slick, overall enjoyable and different. This would be good with wings or other spicy foods. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle poured into a shaker glass. Amber color with a small white head that quickly dissipates. A hoppy floral aroma with an initial hint of sweetness followed by a strong bitter finish.

12 oz bottle. The pour is a coppery orange with a thinner white head and a couple spots of lace. The aroma is pretty floral. There is a good grassy hop to it and a little bit of a malt that wasn't expecting. There aren't the bright hops than I was expecting. the flavor is a little more reserved. There is a good bite up front but then it's a little more like dank tropical fruits. It's not bad, but I was expecting a lot more out of it. There's a malty bitterness on the back end. The mouth feel is a bit thin and the carbonation doesn't help it feel any thicker. The aftertaste is lingering with the dank tropical fruits. Could be better ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
