Tap at Victory, Downington PA - 25/05/12. Clear golden pour with a smallish white head. Sweetish malt nose, citrus backing up. Caramel malt taste, barley, grain, lemon, bready, sweet. Medium bodied and carbonation. Decent enough, perhaps a little too sweet?

On tap at Victory. Served in a sample glass. Pours a clear near-blonde color. Very light and crisp. Nice firm hop bitterness through the flavor with a base graininess. Super refreshing and easy to drink.

Transparent gold, low effervescence, large bubbled white head dies fast. Heavy grass hops, lightly dusty, corn. Flavor is less hoppy, more corn and grain, earthy bitter, dry finish accents quality, more grassy noble hops in the end.

Draught at Downingtown BrewPub: Aroma of malt, corn, and grain. Poured pale yellow in color with a tiny, white head that diminished but lasted throughout as a film on top of the beer. Clear. Sparkling. Good lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet and light to medium bitter. Tastes of malt, grain, corn, slight floralness, and Noble hops. Light body. Slightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Lightly sweet, medium bitter, malt, Noble hop, corn, and grain finish.

Tap at Victory. Golden with ample white head. Absolutely amazing smell of Noble hops, earthy, floral, natural perfume, spicy. Although malty, rather creamy and sweet the flavors are divine. Just into medium bodied. Can hops this good be grown in the USA?

Pours straw gold with a white head and very light carbonation. Aroma is earthy and hay. Taste is sweet with some bitters. Very deceiving that thisisover 6% as this was smooth and light.

Tap at Victory. Pours still golden with low carbonation. Decent white lace. Nose is fairly nondescript. Taste is mildly papery with musky malt and raw oatmeal. Stinging bitterness. Feels too raw. White alcohol sting. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Looks like a pale lager, smells a little nicer than one, but tastes amazing! This is a deceiving beer, bright orange with no head and timid aroma. But the flavor is fantastic. tastes like candy with a bitter grassyness. It’s different and very good. Very nice

Aroma: Lots of malt, cereal and bread, mostly. Appearance: Clear gold with a thick, white head. Taste: Medium sweetness balanced by a light bitterness. Palate: Light-medium body; crisp, clean texture, decent finish. Overall: Really nice, clean beer. The 6.7 ABV isn’t readily apparent, and the beer’s smooth and well balanced.
