Oct 4, 2008 At Victory. Hazy gold body with a finger of white head. Floral yet obviously unfiltered wheaty nose. Strong spicy wheat and yeast with notes of banana, decent cloves, and slight citrus. No great hop presence. But with lemon it puts franziskaner to shame easily. I would drink it again and I don’t even like wheat beers much.

Sep 12, 2008 On tap at Bocktown. A delicious and tasty hefe. Aroma was decent. Mild banana and clove with some light malt. Pour was a nice bubbly light gold with tons of tiny bubbles and a 2 finger white head. Taste was very full and crips. Strong banana, yeast and biting carbonation. Medium mouthfeel that is not too thick. Delicious.

Aug 30, 2008 Golden hazy fills your pint glass, the first hollops you with yeast, wheat, and spice. Citrus slightly sweet cascades down your thrat and leaves you thirsting for more....very well done and highly recommended.
