From tap. Pours a hazy golden color with white head. Aroma was a wonderful bread with citrus and floral hops. Taste follows with a fresh hop and sweet malt balance. Clean and crisp and not too heavy.

Last stop of Sat. night at the Old Toad They ran out of the Great Lakes stout so I chose this. Poured amber color with a medium sized, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, citrus, pine, caramel, and toffee. Taste of citrus, light pine, some caramel, grapefruit, and some gritty yeast in the finish. I had it with ’Chips’, our usual snack there.

Light amber with lasting foamy lacy off-white head; aroma of hops for summery ball game hops; Flava is delish hops profile that lasts and lasts well into the finish; feels medium and a bit creamy.

Dégustée en fût chez "The Reservoir Restaurant & Taproom" à Waterbury, VT. De couleur ambrée-dorée et très légèrement voilée. Nez de houblon herbeux, citrique, moyennement fruité (agrumes) aux notes épicées (poivre), résineuses et terreuses, léger de pain avec des notes de grains de malt sucrés. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture aux notes résineuses et huileuses. Goût amer de houblon herbeux, fruité (agrumes, traces de fruits tropicaux), légèrement citrique aux notes terreuses et résineuses (une amertume présente toute la gorgée) avec un goût moyennement épicé (poivre) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un moyen goût de caramel doux avec des notes de pain grillé puis en finale l’amertume de houblon se veut asséchante, plus herbeuse et légèrement résineuse. Post-goût long et moyennement sec, moyennement amer de houblon herbeux, fruité (zeste d’agrumes, traces de fruits tropicaux), moyennement résineux aux notes citriques et épicées (poivre) avec des traces de caramel. Pours a dark orange with an off white lacing. Aromas are pine and citrus. Mediocre.

Draft at Craft Ale House. Poured hazy dark straw with off-white head. Nose was bready pale malt, hopcitrus, Simcoey hops, with some citric and funky notes. Tasted complex, dense on the palate, very hoppy, citric, with mid-palate funky notes and a solid pale malt flavor. This one was very good.

Draft at craft ale house. Pours hazy copper with a medium sized white head. The aroma has light floral notes, light grass. The taste is bitter, dry, and has a nice pilsner taste.

3/2/13 - Draft at Champs. Pours orange/red with creamy white head, good lacing and lingering. Grassy and herbal nose, citrus notes. Nice caramel back bone, mild bitter lingering well into the after. Earthy, grassy hop flavor, mild lemon, orange. Nice little IPA.

Tap. Huge, bustling hoppy nose, grapefruit and heavy orange and even good base malt. Really bringing out the goodness of the rind. Pours gradient golden with a sticky off-white head. Taste is lightly sweet and medially bitter, beautiful rounded hoppiness, sticky with resin, but smooth and non-aggressive (hah), alcohol is about right, clean medium body. Super, super quaffer when fresh.
