COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Wow, what a surprise this was, Pours clear yellow, like any of the macro-brews with a good sized head. Aroma is fantastic with floral and spicy hop notes and a bit of malty sweetness. Thin in body with a good amount of carbonation. One taste and you know this is the good stuff. Spice, floral and grassy hops come through in a perfect meld with the malty sweetness. Pilsner was my least favorite style until I tried this. Fantastic.

I’m not a pilsner drinker. There, I said it. Well, actually, I wasn’t a pilsner drinker until I found this beer. I was reluctant to try it but now that I did, I’m hooked. Hoppy and light grain aromas give a hint of what’s to come. Teasing flavors of hops drive this beer in a surprising way. Drinkable, enjoyable, perfect.

very light yellow and totally see through. In fact, you might think it’s from Big Beer just from the look, even if it is a little hazier. But that first whiff will change your mind. Spicy and floral hops fill the glass so you know it’s actually got some flavor! There is a bit of grainy malt here, but the hops really shine through. Spicy, floral, grassy, this packs a lot of flavor from the hops, but not so much that it’s overpowering. Very dry finish with the grainy and grassy flavors lingering. One of the best pilsners there is! If only all beers marketed at pilsner tasted like this!

Bottle into a pilsner glass. Honey yellow color with a thick white head. Tastes of hops with light co2 and grass. Finish is clean with a hop after taste. Victory is a great beer maker.

Pours cloudy golden with a small head. Aroma american hops, fruits. Bitter on the tongue, a lot more bitter than your average pils out there with none of the buttery finish. Very dry palate. Not Bad.

Picked up a bomber bottle at The Marketplace in San Diego, CA. Pours a clear straw-yellow. Aroma is lovely; very citrusy, with grassy hop notes. Body is light, and flavors include a nice, juicy fruitiness, herbal qualities, and a bitter finish which might be a tad too sharp and one-dimensional to some. But overall, this is a very drinkable and tasty beer. I don’t drink too many pilsners, but this one passes the test.

I tend to not be a pils guy, but this is a really nice version. Crisp, hoppy, lots of straw hops in the finish. Last night on my recent Florida trip--this fit the bill really nicely.

Bottle to lager glass. Nose is slight yeast with some light lemony citrus/grassy hop aroma. Light aroma of bicsuity malt. Pour was pale yellow with a frothy white head. Taste is light bran and bready malt with some bitter hops on the finish. I believe that the bittering hops overpower most of the other flavors a tad too much. Not bad but pilsners aren’t really my favorite brew anyhow.
