Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

I’m a fan of traditional pilsners and this is a really good one. A little hops and a really light clean flavor and finish. Good example of a Pilsner without being too bitter.

12 oz bottle (2010) into a pint glass. The malt is subtle and the hops are there, but overall it’s a bit minerally and too dry.

Clear yellow pour with a white head. Aroma of hops, malt, light fruit and spices. Taste is malt, little sweet, nice spicy hop aftertaste. Crisp, tasty beer. Nice lacing.

An excellent pilsner. Aroma is clean and crisp. Taste follows with a hint of fruit. A favorite in s style that is decidedly not.

Pours a pretty hazy bright yellow color with a tall, frothy white head that fades to a good sized topper for the brew. Aroma has a strong lemon nose, mildly spicy with a sharp citrus note. This citrus note is so strong that when a deep breath is inhaled and strikes the tongue provides a lemon flavor just from the aroma. Flavor has a mild lemon fruity note early that fades to a light citrus acidic presence, a light spicy hops note comes out in the middle and finishes with a very light grainy pils note. Body is light but very lively from the high carbonation. Overall a fantastic brew with a great nose and mild flavor, making it a terrific brew almost any time.

12oz bottle from Whole Foods (Tampa, FL). Pours a generally clear light clear yellow color with a one finger foamy white head. Aroma is sweet and floral with notes of grain, yeast, wheat, citrus, lemon, honey, grass, light floral esters. Flavor is sweet and floral with notes of honey, wheat, yeast, hops, citrus, lemon, grassy and floral esters with a lingering hop presence toward finish. Light body with a pleasing floral hop and malt finish.

average pilsener color- golden yellow with a thick-bubbled white head. Aroma is of light breads and hops, flavor is very crisp with a little hop sting in the back end. Very clean and very easy to drink. Darn good. Bottle at Whole Foods
