Bonster (81), Jersey Shore, New Jersey, USA Nov 4, 2009 Bottle. Clear pale gold pour with a white fluffy head. Aroma of hops, florals, and a hint of citrus. The taste is colossal hops, citrus, and grass with a nice bitter finish. stobbe74 (655), Denmark Nov 3, 2009 Bottle, 12 fl. oz. Pours a clear pale yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is hops. The flavor is hops (saaz) and diacetyl. The palate is dry and bitter. Overall a good but bitter beer. darn1207 (528), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Nov 2, 2009 Tap at taco mac in atlanta. Clear yellow pour with finger of bright white head. Aroma of floral herbs and grain. Taste of lemon citrus and the grain. Light bitter finish. bsp77 (191), Minnesota, USA Nov 2, 2009 Poured from bottle into Pilsner glass.
Clear, bright gold with a stark white head.
Aroma of fresh cut grass, straw and some spiciness.
Backbone of fruit (apple, pear?), bread, grass and straw which is quickly overtaken by a very spicy finish. Leaves a persistent bitter aftertaste.
Moderate carbonation (but lower than many Pils; I like it) and relatively smooth light to medium body. Finishes exceedingly dry.
Damn good Pils; in fact, maybe the best. What else is there to say?

I tried this beer on September 5, 2009 after purchasing a 6 pack from one of the local LCBO outlets. The beer poured a translucent medium gold colour with a thin white head that quickly disappeared to a ring. The aroma was grass, musk, and hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied and medium carbonation. The flavour was a nice balance of hops and malt, with a yeasty note. Very good. NosirIwont (1156), Aalborg Vestby, Denmark Oct 29, 2009 Bottle. 10 days past ‘best before’. Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head. Good lacing. Sweetish, clean, crisp hop aroma with a sharp citrus/lemon note in the background. Flavour is hoppy and bitter, and has the same citrus/lemon note as the aroma. Lingering hop bitterness with grassy notes in the finish. Overall quite alright, but the citrus/lemon note is a bit like the one found in German ‘biermischgetränke’, which is not really my thing, so lower score for that. 29-10-09. JulienHuxley (165), Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, Canada Oct 27, 2009 Bottle. Heavy straw, grain and dried hops. Taste is nice, refreshing grain and hop mix, resinous. Great balance in this almost APA pilsener. Alex420 (16), Rome, Italy Oct 27, 2009 Tap @ Brasserie420
Pours a white persistent creamy head, very nicely carbonated with very small boubbles surfacing extreemely slowly.
Gold in color with a green shine just like traditional czech pilsners.
Floreal herbal aromas with a slight subtle sulfur note. Overwhelming hops for a pils stile, very grassy like at the start with a long resinous finish. Thin body, but still not too thin, carbonation plays a role in this beer.
Well brewed and poured with a nice pils stile fat head.
Great Beer!!!
