Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher. One of Michael Jackson’s 500 Classic Brews

12 oz. Bottle: Unremarkable golden color with white head which doesnst last long. Nose is mostly adjunct on top of a big malt base. Flavor was pils-esque as it should be, malt goodness, finishes with grass and hay.

On tap. Even after living in Prague for five months, this is the best pilsener I’ve ever had. Pours vibrant golden under even, foamy head. Aromas of hops and straw, or dry flour. Taste is big and hoppy, with a touch of citrus keeping it from being too dry. A perfectly balanced pilsener.

Build like the classic pilseners of Pilzen! Great summer beer with excellent color and balance of hops. Excellent from the tap, still good from the bottle.

12oz bottle received in a trade with pjk33 - Thanks Pat! - Pours a beautiful deep golden color with a nice 1/2 inch white foamy head and a load of carbonation bubbles rising to the top throughout. Absolutely beautiful to look at.. Aroma is of a grassy meadow a touch of alfalfa and some light grains. Flavor is quite hoppy for a pilsner. Very grassy and natural tasting. Some light grains, a little dough, a bit o honey, and a touch of citrus at the end before the nice dry finish. On the palate this is crisp and clean and a real thirst quencher. I’m not usually a big fan of this style but this one is tasty.. This is the best pilsener I’ve tried and would be a regular summer beer for me if it was sold here in Ohio. Outstanding..

Medium golden with a nice white head. Crisp and hoppy nose. Taste is front of the mouth hops. Body is smooth, fluid and indistinct. Finish is crisp and clean. Hops are bold and in my opinon, a bit much.

After the overwhelming sweetness of a DD Stille Nacht, this overwhelmingly dry pils balances out well. Tastes like a tough piece of bread. An enjoyable pils to be sure, and a perfect representation of the style.

12oz bottle. Light gold color. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is grassy, grainy and spicy. A medium bodied pilsner. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are spicy and crisp. Light, crisp and refreshing. Nice pilsner. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Bottle. Pours a clean golden color with a medium sized, white, foamy head. Nose is straw and hay, with some fresh grasses and yeast thrown in. Taste is very fresh with some light malts and straw, finishing very clean and crisp.
