COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher. One of Michael Jackson’s 500 Classic Brews

Draft at two eastside Cincy locations. Clear amber color with a medium white head that diminshed slowly. Well balanced aroma. Medium body. Well balanced flavor with a solid pilsner finish. Very good pilsner draft.

12 oz bottle-pours a thin white foamy head. Color is clear yellow-light gold. Aroma is usual pilsner or lager-grain&yeast? Taste has initial ____toasty? note. Good flavor, mild, nice carbonation. Nice finish.

Light golden pour with a generous off-white head. Huge aroma for the style, with plenty of hops, honey, and apricots. Very smooth in the front of the mouth, with bready malt hitting the taste buds first. Hops come through after that, and carry through for a nice long slightly bitter finish. Loved the hop presence in here! Very easy drinking, and easily the best pils I have found to date.

Completly and overly suprised about how great this pilsner is. Pours a golden yeloow with a white head. Aroma and flavor are a bit hoppy but the balance is super!

UPDATED: JUL 14, 2013 although the favorite amoing the pilseners i have tried thus far, i cant get over that lack of malt presence. very complex flavor makes this much more fun to drink. victory is your name, beer is your game and you are far from lame Rerate: Looking back at my original rating and notes is funny but it also makes sense. This is one my go-to beers these days. One of the best and most consistent American made Pilsners out there.

Took me a few tries before I got over the macro taste and then I realized: this doesn’t taste like a macro, the macros are diminished and mass produced versions of what this is not embarrased to be. A wonderfully yeasty and wheaty brew that is rounded out with some lovely hops. Great for a hot day and perfect with BBQ. This is the John Deere Ride-On of lawnmower beers.

A well carbonated, hazy, yellow pour. Has a small white head with light lacing. Aroma has floral hints. Mouthfeel is crisp. Flavor has a good balance of fruit and hops.

Nice yellow gold color, but I could use a bit more head. Excellent session beer and very refreshing after mowing the lawn!

Pours light gold with not much head. Aroma is light and crisp. Flavor reminds me of apple. An excellent summer beer.

Cloudy yellow gold despite my best attempts to keep the yeast in the bottle. Massive foamy white head that required at least four pours. Crisp pils aroma with spicy hops. Refreshing character with Saaz hops and clean malt flavors. Some citrus fruit in the finish though. Mouthfeel is crisp, fairly dry.
