COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher. One of Michael Jackson’s 500 Classic Brews

Bottle. Slightly cloudy golden color with a huge white head that diminished leisurely. Sweet and spicy aroma, nice malts with lots of floral and woody hop notes. Wow, flavor is good with the typical pils maltiness to start, then a whole bunch of spicy hops coming on giving way to a long dry finish. Light body and mild carbonation make this a fine drinking brew.

Finally, we get Victory here on the Left Coast! Whoever thought of putting this much hops in a Pils is a genius. It's not quite to style, but *damn* is it good. Pours a beautiful light golden color with just the right amount of head and a wonderful lace left on the glass. Smells...like pine! Very hoppy pine! Tastes wonderful. I'm still getting the pine sensation, but there's grapefruit and, of course, lots of hops. Interestingly, though, it's not out of balance at all. Mouthfeel is light and crispy with plenty of carbonation. Drinkability is amazing. I wish this was more available, it would definatly be a summer staple.

Very clear golden yellow body, mild carbonation, and tight pure white head that gradually caved and left some loose lacing. Fresh grassy European hop aroma with some nice pepper as well. Nice even bitterness with hints of butter, honey, salt, ginger spice, and pepper. A great pils.

A bit soapy aroma. Low head, straw golden. Flavor is a pleasant hop composition based on citrussy notes. Lightish.

(This might get a certain credit from me in being the longest I've misplaced a rating which I can thank my dad for) Light straw color. Nice sharp hop attack. First sip comes across as being very light bodied, um, like a pils? Thinking the depiction of a hop cone on the bottle is very appropriate. Reminds me of a beer I had in Germany (not a pils) and that makes me think back to a drive to the airport in Munich just as the sun was rising, heading past fields that had all the poles and wires in anticipation of the hops. And now I'm tasting fine hops and thinking - thank you Britt.

UPDATED: NOV 10, 2005 (Bottle) Pours a clear golden color with a large frothy white head. Has a citrus aroma and a descent citrus flavor. Good pilsener.

Pours golden transparent with a robust frothy white head. Aroma is of citrus and yeast. Start is very bitter which smooths and then finished with a bitter aftertaste. Average. A disappointment from Victory.

I'm not a huge pilsner fan, but this is good stuff. Nice yellow, with pure white head that didn't last. Citrus and hop arome is thin and almost burning. Starts with a smooth clean hop flavor that fades to a lemon bitterness that increases through out the finish. Very dry with no lingering after taste. Good with hot wings

very nicely made, does nothing wrong. very nicely structured on the palate. gives you heaps of hop flavour first up - herbs + pine (hallertau & Northern brewer?) - then grainy, honeyish malt sweetness, then long, late accelerating bitterness, leaving a grassy hop tingle behind. a bit more malt presence wouldn't go astray but this is a very classy beer.

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2005 Clear straw yellow color with big pure white head. Aroma was faint, touches of honey and spicey hops, a touch of sweetness. Flavor is somewhat bland, with a bit of malt noted upfront, and a spicey hop character, slightly sweet finish.
