COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher. One of Michael Jackson’s 500 Classic Brews

Mandag i annen feb-15, den første på det som skulle vise seg å bli en kveld med bare gode (og til dels fremragende øl): klar strågul, lite skum. Lett bitterhet med akkurat passe sødme. Elegant.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 09.02.15. Pale, clear golden. White head. Fine aroma of flowerfields, grass and Czech hops. Very good and slightly fruity taste of Czech pilsner. Moderate bitterness. Very high drinkability.

Low carbonation and a daunting orange colour. Malty biscuit and salt and just a very nice all round pils. Hops are the main feature here. Well done.

Appearance- small thin bone white head. No lacing. Clear golden hue. Lots of bubbles. Smell- clean. Floral, bready, malty. Taste- sweet floral hops up front, malts in the middle, and bitter dry finish on the back end. Mouthfeel- light body Overall- a very nice Pilsner from a rock solid brewery. Would recommend and have again. Cheers!

355 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.3%. Clear golden colour, moderate to low white head. Nice aroma of floral, grassy and herbal hops, some sweetish malts in the background. Medium sweet and malty flavour, followed by distinct herbal hops. A good pilsener indeed, but some European ones are better.

12 oz bottle with Dad for super bowl. Just a solid all around beer. Classic. Light golden pour, white head. All the right Pils notes- yeasty, crisp, mellow hop bitterness, bready, grassy and super clean. Nice and dry in the finish without being bitter. Tastes like a pils should taste. Great. Caveat: for the style.

[from notes]. Pours a light golden with a lasting white head. Aroma is as expected for style, if a bit hoppier. Taste follows aroma but is even more hoppy, especially in the finish. Long lasting and moderately bitter hop finish and after-taste. Hints of sweet malts. Nice medium, light body with medium, high carbonation imparting a crisp feel. Semi-dry finish. O - a pils for hop-heads; this one is more hoppy than most pale ales.
