COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher. One of Michael Jackson’s 500 Classic Brews

On draft. Possibly the best pilsener made in America. Big hops, big burst up front, then just kind of dissolves into a clean, dry finish. Flavors include lemon, white toast and the suggestion of pine resin. Could drink this every minute of summer.

Just another pilsner :( I really love this brewery and wanted something a little bit different from this beer. Not sure if it is just me not liking this particular beer or me not being a fan of pilsners? Anyway, tried it now and will stay away from it in the future, as well as, the rest of the pilsners out there!!

Pours a clear yellow. Nose is a touch floral - not the malt smell of a typical pils. Same is true for taste - some citrus and a touch of bitterness. This reminded me of a "light" IPA as opposed to a pils - but that works for me. Easy to drink, good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle pour. Clear golden with good white head. Hoppy aroma with floral and slight honey aroma. Light body with a smooth taste. Starts with floral taste but ends with a slight bitter aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap or off one of the best, lawnmower hops, just the ideal, pils pretty perfect per the hops department, all day every day.

Clear, pale golden with small white head. Pure malt aroma and taste, hops kick in at the finish, providing nice bite. Pure and simple pilsner.

On tap from Barn. Clean yellow with a finger of head. Cut grass with some floral hops on nose. Distant pine notes. Taste follows. Very crisp. Dry finish. Active carbonation. Complex, yet faithful to style. Really enjoyed.

Cloudy yellow pour from bottle. Moderate lacing, white. Spicy, tangy hops. Light malt, a bit biscuity. True to the style.

Pours gold with a white head. White toast, honey, floral aroma. Light to medium body, medium carbonation. Honey, lemon, white toast, grass, light herbiness, light wood on the slightly bitter finish. Well balanced and very quaffable. Nice.
