COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Pour is a light yellow color, with next to no white head. Nose is of lighter fruits and hops. Taste is very light and resembles the nose. Rather light and refreshing beer, easy drinker.

Pours pale golden yellow. Aroma is lightly grainy with a bit of a citrusy lemon overtone. Very hoppy. Everything else is prototypical pilsner witg the exception of floral bitterness throughout. Crisp dry finish with a lingering bitterness.

Well crafted pils, very flavorful, well hopped, has that sharp intense flavor to it, goes down smooth, tastes good cold, getting some extra flavor from the yeast that I like. Nicely carbonated, with a nice white foamy head on top. Citrus flavored hops, well done, definitely hangs with the best pils I have had. Solid part of a Victory mixed 12 pack.

12oz bottle pours golden/orange with a large white head. Aroma is hops, malt, grass, and yeast. Taste has bitter hops throughout, lemon, and slight honey. Nice Pilsener, crisp with a dry finish.

Pours a clear golden/yellow color with a fluffy white head that dissipates quickly. Smells of cooked corn, hops, diacetyl. The corn overpowers the aroma. Taste is malty with a hop bite in the finish. I get some honey and some bready flavors throughout. Medium body, sweet almost sticky mouthfeel, crisp carbonation. Great pilsner I could see a few of these in my future.

Middle of the road for me... was expecting more. I get a lot of hop upfront and nice body but nothing extra. Was hoping for some citrus notes to balance out the metallic hops but didn’t get much. Maybe i’ve been drinking too many IPAs recently but wasn’t feeling the pils as much.

This is an enjoyable beer, also one of my favorite for the pilsner style. Shiny clear and golden appearance in accordance with the style. Classic pils aroma with a bonus kick of grassy hop. Robust taste with light malts and some hoppy bitterness. Light palate with a clean crisp finish.
