A spicy pils with a great hops mix. A tinge of a "pop rocks’ mouth feel at first sip, settles into a beautiful floral hops burst, a little thin on the finish. All in all a great session beer that is refreshing and light, but very satisfying in flavor.

bright light straw color, white head that eventually fades out, visible carbonation. Smells of corn, hay, fruity grass, a natural spring. Flavor is slightly sweet upfront, quickly fading into a rather bitter, sappy, lingering finish. A bit excessive and harsh in my opinion, but perhaps it’s just the batch. Carbonated, light mouthfeel. Beautiful looking.

12oz bottle.
Clear, pale golden color with nice white head/lacing. Lots of hops on the nose, more than your average pilsner. Very spicy and herbal - bready malts. I like this more than most pilsners, probably because it’s on the hoppier end.

A bit wild and too bitter when you crack the bottle open. Needs 10 minutes or so resting in a glass to calm down and lose the metallic aftertaste. Then it becomes a champion german style pils, perhaps with a fruitiness that resembles a Vienna Lager?

Draft at Jerry’s. Pours pale yellow with thick soapy white head. Notes of sour bread, corn, barnyard, and fresh hops. First impression is lots of carbonation followed by bitter hops with clean quick hop finish. I don’t think there’s enough back bone to support these hops. Okay.

30th April 2009 Pale gold beer, very slightly hazy. Crisp palate. Light malt. Light fruity hop witha fruity bitter finish. Decent Pils.

Beautiful color. Very refreshing and really dry. Aromatics are subtle with that saaz poking through. Nice creamy head. Once again, very dry...but leaves your mouth watering for a double IPA.

Poured from a bomber. Light hazy soft golden pour, big frothy head, decent retention. Light lace. Aroma was full of earthy, grassy hops, light orange peel and some lemon. Very nice. Flavors were right on par. Light crisp pale malts, light lemon throughout. Only a light bitterness in the finish, super dry and crisp. A good bit of carbonation made for a light fizzy mouthfeel that rounded out this Pils in great fashion. Great stuff.
