COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with a large-grained, white head. Smells rich, yeasty, and fruity, with a definite hops note in the finish. Flavor is crisp and clean, with a definite malic note and a strong hops kick at the end. Finishes clean. Extraordinary.

Citrus hop aroma. Golden straw color with thick white head and light lace. No malt flavor at all just a good bitterness. The bitter hop flavor lingers for a bit. This is a very good pilsener.

Rich golden pour with pillows of white foam. Aroma is ctirus and pine hops, pale and doughy malts. Taste is bready, and for some reason makes me think of a pizza oven. Nice hop kick. Fairly bitter, but it is smooth and does not stick to your palate for long. Spritely carbonation that makes for easy drinking. I’m not a big pils fan, but this is a nice drinkable brew that pairs well with most foods.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass. Very slightly hazy golden color with a small head. Very crisp, refreshing mouthfeel with a good amount of grapefruity hop bitterness.

Light gold pour with a thin white head. Nicely bitter with a long finish, but light on aroma and other flavors. Certainly worth drinking as part of Victory’s variety pack, but not my favorite of theirs.

My favorite from Victory. I’m prejudiced since I only live 15 minutes from their Pub & Brewery. A great session beer.

Bottle at ÖBWF 2010. It poured a hazy yellow liquid with a small white head. Mild fruity flavour with some malt and hops. Fresh and easy to drink. Should work great during the summer time.

Draught. 1/6 barrel at home. Light and crisp this pils is a great beer to enjoy on a warm day. It is perfect in our SC summer nights. Victory produces many very good beers. The only negative is that some may be turned off by the natural unfiltered appearance. But, for a true beer lover it is a bonus.
