COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Pours light golden in color with a small, white head of very tight bubbles. It is grassy in the nose with a sourness that winks at you before it goes slightly sweet. Flavor is similar to the aroma - grass and straw circle the tongue with a sharpness from the hops giving a bitter start. It mellows and fades into a malty middle but leaves a bitter finish long after the swallow. It is tight and crisp in the mouth.

Bottle. Pours a yellow straw like colour, with a frothy bright white head. Armoa is quite hoppy with floral, citric (like lemon zest) and grassy notes. You also get some sweet malty notes. Flavor is also very hoppy and bitter filled with citrus and floral notes. I also get hay, sweet malts, some grassy hops and a faint resinous flavor in the aftertaste. The body is light and refreshing with a quite dry mouthfeel. Overall a fantastic Pilsener, probably one of the best (if not the best), pilsener i ever had!

From a fluted glass. Yellow with a creamy white head that is lasting very well. Nose pleasant grainy malt and a brilliant, flowery hop profile dominate the aroma. The taste starts sweet with a nice blend of flowery and hops up front then some malt and fruityesters come through. Finishes clean, dry and slightly bitter. doesn’t seem to have too much carbonation. Very good hoppy session pils.

Draft @ Ginger Man, Greenwich, CT. One of the cleaner pilseners around. Black peppery notes with lemon, lime and slight banana flavor. Very good pilsener.

Draft at Mellow Mushroom. Pours a mostly clear and slightly hazy golden yellow color topped by a small off white head of foam that leaves some sudsy rings of lace. The aroma shows notes of fresh grassy and citrus hops on top of a clean malt base of toasted bread and yeast. The flavors follow suit with the fresh grassy hops lending nice bitterness, while lemons add fresh citrus to the light toasted bread malts. Everything is balanced nicely. Medium bodied with ample carbonation that leads to a dry and slightly bitter finish. This is a nice, easy drinking pils.

Good aroma after open and decent in a large mug, not so nice in a small mug. Overall very nice hop flavour, I can tell some similarities to steam whistle. ++ will drink again

Bottle. Very good pilsner. Good aroma when you open the bottle, lower aroma when you pour it in the glass. Very hoppy like a good pils.

12 oz Bottle -- Pours a hazy gold with a small white head. Aromas of hay, band-aid, and some citrus. Funky but not in a good way. Very bitter, reminiscent of a apple core. One of the few beers I have had that is aggressively unpalatable.
