COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

A slightly better than average pilsner. refreshing, not to hoppy, something to enjoy on a summer day in the backyard.

(Bottled @ GBBF). Just thought this was very classy . Very soft and its rounded breadiness was excellent . Reminded me a lot of a biere de gared TrosMonts . PIney , dry and light.

Tasted at the Music City Brewers Festival. Wonderful Hop flavor and aroma. Very crisp and dry, prefect for those hot weather days. Could this be better than water??

(bottle) Pours a hazy light yellow color with white head with some lacing. Aroma is of yeast and grass. The taste has a mild grapefruit flavor and hops. A nice choice for hot weather. Victory is a quality brewer but the overall score seems over-hyped.

jethrodium (230) - Berkeley, California, USA - AUG 1, 2010
12 oz bottle. Pours a very light gold with a 1 cm white head leaving decent lacing on the glass. Smell is strong with citrus and piney hops. Initial taste is string with citrusy hops. Finish is earthy malt with a bit of bitterness. Light body. Pretty great pilsener.

rahmdog (55) - Durham, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 1, 2010
Pours a bright yellow cloudy golden with a white head. Lacing is pretty good and leaves age-rings around the glass. Aroma is mostly hops, dominated by citrus. Taste is hops and a tangy bitterness that shows in this light style. As far as pilsners go, this is the cream of the crop.

Bottle. Pours a clear but bright gold with standard white head. Aroma is slightly flowery with oats. Initial flavor profile is hoppy, with flower, perfume, and pine. Also notes of corn and rice. Slightly stale finish of dry hops and styrofoam. This would be better with some more malty qualities to balance it out just a bit.
