COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Pour is light golden with a big head which settles into no head. Smells slightly of apple and flowers and slight corky flavor. Crisp feel with a bright bitterness which lingers. This is refreshing and big beer.

It’s always nice to receive a new brew from the States that is not part of the three big brewers. This is my first from Victory. Pours a glowing yellow colour with a big foamy white head, medium retention, small traces of lacing and big bubble carbonation. The nose is pretty hoppy with this fresh flower scent. The hop is definitely more present in the taste, and makes this quite a refreshing hoppy pils beer. I did not taste the hop as much drank from the bottle. Dry mouthfeel, and much hoppier than most Euro pilsner. Quite a good first experience from this brewery.

Draft at Brick Store. Pours golden with thick, white head. Aroma of hops and lemon. Taste has nice, crisp bite and clean finish. Not a fan of the style but this is the best pilsener I have ever had. Good beer.

Unfortunately for this beer I had purchased it, taken it cross border and poured prior to realising the best before date on the label. So it’s 1 and a bit months old, but still quite palatable. Pours pale yellow with average white head, lingering and somewhat lacing the glass. Floral and grassy hop aromas i expect would be better accentuated with a newer beer, but anyhow this one is due for a re-rate soon as the medium mouthfeel and lingering bitterness combines to complete this fine beer.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear, light-yellow amber with a white head. The first sip worried me, I thought it was a little lite....like a "typical Pilsner", but after only a second, the hops introduced them self. This is a very fine example of the pilsner style. Smell of Pilsner hops are prevalent with grass and some scent of lemon. Taste is grassy hops and lemon. Mouthfeel is very crisp, clean and refreshing with some carbonation and a slight malt finish, thanx again Victory for the German malt. Very good beer for a summer day, especially after working in the yard. Or for fishing for Cat’s at Midnight.

Clean and very true to style with a touch of boldness like Victory loves to do, this plumps the style perfectly. Clean and crisp, yet powerful and flavorful! Love it.

Aroma: Grass-pine hops (brown glass stops the skunk again!). Brilliant straw-yellow with little or no head. Almost no lacing either. Classic pils hops bitterness up front with just the slightest hint of malt sweetness underneath. Sweetness becomes more pronounced as it warms. Mouthfeel is flat due to low carbonation, but has enough malt foundation to be satisfying. Dry and bitter finish. Appearance is the only loser here. Otherwise, everything a pilsener should be: Sharp, clean and refreshing. Definitely would drink again.

Pours pee yellow with small white head. A great summer ale with some bitter hops on the finish. Hands down one of the best and only pilsners I can tolerate, let alone drink repeatedly. All kids of flavor and hops, but still a light brew overall. Spectacular for the style.
