COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Poured from a 12oz bottle. This was great. It poured a clear golden color with a thin head. The aroma is of hops with a floral notes. The taste is just the right bitterness with real clean crisp finish. A must try!!

Pours a crystal clear gold with a thin white ring of foam. Aroma is spicy noble hops and light malt sweetness. Excellent stiff hop presence in the taste, malting is definitely backgrounded, a bit of alcohol, and a lovely herbal finish. Good carbonation, crisp body. This is not my favourite style, but this is an excellent beer - very well-balanced and complex. Prima!

Milky yellow with a large white fluffy head, slowly fading with spider web lacing. Aroma of spicy noble hops, sweet malt and grains. Taste of spicy noble hops, pale malt and light citrus. Semi dry with a mild bitter finish.

Poured light golden in color with a frothy, well-retained head. Nose is grassy hops and taste is grassy hops too. Simple and elegant pilsner.

Bottle served in a footed pilsner. Pale yellow (maybe a slight haze) in color with a large frothy white head. Nice. Aroma is hay and dough. Light body, but surprisingly full of hops. Finishes with a bitter applause. If I there was a brew apocalypse and only three beers were left in the world: Bud, Victory Pils, and Mirror Pond, I would choose the Pils.

355 ml bottle. From Germany (bierzwerg.de).
Hazy pale yellow/golden colour with small white head. Strong floral hoppy aroma. Floral grassy bitter hoppy flavour. Long bitter hoppy aftertaste. Good hoppy Pilsener.
