COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Draught at the Ginger Man NYC. Very drinkable and simple pilsner, bit to clean for a top rateing from me.

From a 355ml bottle on 5/11/2011. Pours a clear pale golden colour with a fine medium head. Has a mild bready, citrus aroma with faint floral notes. Has a nice base of bready malt, some nice citrus fruit sweetness, and a pronounced hoppy finish. A very nice, high quality pils.

Pale golden color and fresh almost lemony aroma that is very smooth. Taste comes across as if it would be very smooth and I am giving it the benefit of the doubt here as my bottle is a little skunky. I unfortunately found after I opened it that the sell by date was 2 months prior to purchase. Not to waste good beer, I soldiered on. I can see if the taste were presented cleanly it would be complex and be an overall very refreshing beer. I think I might need to get this one again in a non-outdated variety.

Pours golden and cloudy with a thick off-white head. Aroma is crisp, citrusy and floral. Sweet citrus flavors followed by lingering bitterness. Excellent pilsner!

Bottle. Pours golden with a whitish head.. some carbonation. Smells light.. some slight earthy scents in there. Tastes full bodied for a pilsner; however, goes down extremely smoothly. A definite beer that you can drink anytime of the year.

From bottle. Pours light yellow, very thin white head. I was ready to write this off, but pleasantly surprised. Deep aroma of, light citrus lemon hops with a slight spiciness, yeast and malt. Taste is similar, well balanced, yeast and hops complent eachother well. Best lager I’ve had

355ml bottle. Hazy straw colour with a collar of white foam. The aroma is quite strong given that this is a pilsener, sweet also. There is that familiar metallic pilsener taste in the mouth, although it is refreshing and has good drinkabilty. Goes down easy and a good session beer.

Bottle pours clear pale yellow with white head. Aroma is floral with a hint of bubblegum. Surprising hop bitterness for a pils. Crisp and dry. Much better than I expected.
