Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher. One of Michael Jackson’s 500 Classic Brews

Bottle pour. Clear golden with good white head. Hoppy aroma with floral and slight honey aroma. Light body with a smooth taste. Starts with floral taste but ends with a slight bitter aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma: very hoppy, floral, resin, spruce. Appearance: clear pale gold, medium frothy white head. Taste: light sweet. Palate: sweets go to background, hoppy bitters coming up, getting a bit dry, average-long finish, floral hops, spruce and resin again. Overall: excellent Pilsener, fantastically complex in aroma and palate for this style. Bottle from BottleDog Kings Cross, Holborn.

355ml Bottle from the Brewdog online shop (£2.80):
Fresh with a great blend of citrus and grassy hops & light pilsner malts. There’s a hint of sweetness& floral notes and overall the beer is light and refreshing without coming across as weak or bland.
A clear, light golden color with a 1cm foamy white head that holds as a nice surface lacing with a little extra left on the sides.
Grassy hops & citrus initially, alongside some spice & refreshing lemon flavors. A light malt base & hints of sweetness followed by a subtly bitter finish.
Smooth & light bodied with good carbonation with a light bitterness. There is a good balance throughout & the beer was incredibly easy to drink as a pilsner should be.

A great pilsner & definitely up there with some of the best of the style I have tried, in fact it could very possible be the best of the style I have tried. Don’t pass up trying this one if you get the chance.
