Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher. One of Michael Jackson’s 500 Classic Brews

Serving from bottle. Smells of fresh clean grains with some flowery hop notes. Pours straw yellow, very lite body, and very moderate foam. Taste is clean and crisp with Chardonnay dryness and bitter finish. This is definitely my Prima pils if all that I have tried. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a flute. Big, fluffy white head that slowly dissipates and leaves a nice lacing on the glass. Clear yellow-gold with very fine carbonation. A little citrus in the nose, otherwise malty. Medium body, great mouthfeel, soft and smooth. Well balanced, with a lightly bitter finish. A joy to drink. I don’t frequent pilsners, but this is the best that I’ve had.

Originally rated on 9/9/08. "First of all this is not one of my favorite styles but victory put out a pretty good beer. It pored a golden yellow body with a huge amount of carbonation which gave it a nice little bite. Aroma and flavors of malts, mild hops and a little lemon. Crisp and refreshing it has more body than the average pilsner. "

Nose is sweet, hay. Great carbonation. Long, sour finish. Lot of flavor, just not my thing. Maybe worth another shot. Not that great, but at least they tried.

I poured it from the bottle into a pint glass. It pours golden with a nice, white head and lacing. The aroma was a little skunky. It was also hoppy. The taste was hops, cracker, and lemon. It was crisp and refreshing. The hops blended nicely with the dryness and subtle sweetness. This was a well-balanced balanced beer. You won’t get much better from this style.

£2.29, lots of flavour, creamy banana taste, big aftertaste. Easy to drink lager that's much nicer than standard fare. Would drink again and again ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft. Clear golden with one finger white head. Aroma of mango, citrus, light floral and slight grapefruit. Taste is sweet mango, bitter grapefruit, citrus, grass and some light floral notes. Dry medium mouthfeel, light to medium carbonation and medium lasting bitter aftertaste.

On tap at The Rookery. Pours crystal gold with a thin white head. Aroma is flowery, maybe hand soap from the server. Flavour is crisp, but a little heavy. Finish is nicely bitter.
