Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher. One of Michael Jackson’s 500 Classic Brews

Pours hazy golden with a nice white head and tons of lacing. The aroma is a complex mix between citrus and grain.

Straw-gold with some sediment, thin head. Smell is hoppy, metal, floral. Savory, with some hop/floral character. Good body.

12 oz. bottle from Best Damn Beer Store. Nose of yeast with a hint of hop citrus and florals. Taste of light cracker malt and mild herbal and citrus hops that provide good bitterness. Light bodied. Well balanced. A nice dry finish with just a hint of sustained bitterness. Excellent, refreshing Pilsner.

Bottle (12oz $2): Clear yellow with soapy white head that lasts. Nice hops aroma. I think that this one leans more toward the malts, but it is well balanced with hops.

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear light amber with a white head that slowly drops to a full cover, long strands of lace. Really nice aroma of malt and citrus. Taste is malt that moves to grow into the palate, but is halted by assertive citrus hops and mild carbonation in the palate. All is not lost; the malt reappears deep in a long finish. A well-balanced and solid thirst quencher. Most excellent.

Pours hazy straw yellow, nice two finger frothy head, awesome lacing and great retention. Aroma of light pine, herbs and straw. Taste is wonderfully balanced sweet malts and clean bitterness. Light to medium bodied, lively carbonation and a creamy mouth feel. Finishes clean with notes of pine, flowering herbs, fresh hay and light citrus. A very nice Pilsner.

Pours straw yellowwith a thick white, long lasting head. Aroma is surprisingly complex with grass, straw, pine, bread and maybe some flowers. Flavour is balanced with a sweetness and crisp clean finish.

Huge foamy head that seems to last forever. Seems to be fine bubbly cover on top of bigger ones. Laces nicely on the glass. Straw yellow body with a touch of haze. Has sediment On closer examination I see sediment floating around which I haven’t seen in this style before. Citrus and floral aroma. Low key malty bitterness. Some sourness in background. A faint peppery feel on the tongue. It’s good but had hoped for more.

From 345 ml bottle. Pours a clear straw yellow with a sudsy white head that collapses to a collar. Aromas of crackers, fresh cut grass, straw and lemon. Taste is white bread at first before a pleasant grapefruit bitterness comes through. White grapes and grassy hops towards the end. Crisp finish with a light fruity aftertaste. Does everything you could want from a Pilsner.
