Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher. One of Michael Jackson’s 500 Classic Brews

UPDATED: APR 25, 2012 Update: had on tap at victory brewing and I can say is wow. Fresh prima pils is the best beer i have ever had. a: nice straw yellow color, foamy head s: hoppy with floral notes t: clean with floral notes and grain. The hops do not over power the beer but provide a nice bitterness. m&d: medium body, with decent carbonation. Very refressing beer and extremely drinkable

Very clear straw appearance with minimal head and minimal carbonation. Over all found this to be nicely Bready and sweet but at the same time a easily drinkable refreshing beverage.

Pours a clear straw, lots of carbonation feeding a thin bubble head. Very nice, wholesome hops aroma. Very clean and fizzy mouthfeel, friendly hops flavor with a malty follow-through. Slight hops aftertaste with a slight sticky residue.

From Bottledog in London. Pale translucent gold-green with watery white head. Smells of crisp malt - cereal, biscuit and lots of sweet-ish corn. Nose is characteristic for a pils and quite flavourful. Tastes of slight spiced malt, lemon, relatively heavy bitterness, some straw and cereal. Body is light and somewhat frothy but with a little bit of slickness to balance it. A solid pils with plenty of sweet malt and grassy/straw hops.

Bottle from Bottledog in London at home. Clear golden Pilsner pour with dense white frothy head. Aroma is earthy, biscuit, spicy hops - sweeter, fuller Pilsner. Taste is spicy hops, then an unexpected sweet biscuit-y flavor. Clean bitter finish. Not as much hops as I expected but a good Pilsner nonetheless. Sweetness is a surprise, but fills out the palate nicely. Solid pils.

Bottle to Pils glass. Pours clear to cloudy light yellow with thin head. Subtle bread malt aroma. Hoppey taste almost like a Pale Ale. Leaves a dry finish in the mouth.

"a hop forward pils with a nicely balanced boquet of earthy hops and malt. not as clean, but more to it than your average pilsner. a nice summer beer, refreshing. well done. sampled 3/21/09, best by 3/9/09 - must be amazing fresh if it’s this good old. better than the hop devil with the same date."

Pours clear light yellow witha thin white head. Aroma is nearly non-existent. Subtle malts on the nose. Medium carbonation in the mouth with an aggressive hop taste. Very hippy for a pilsner. Almost tastes like a pale ale. Very good!

Golden with white head. Frosted breakfast cereal and orange peel citrus. Flavor; mild but present hop, some bitter, nice malt flavor and long dry finish. Distinctly pilsner. Very nice.

Bottle to pils glass - Nice golden color with good head retention and lacing. Has a nice eggshell aroma and a grassy dry taste. I’m not a huge pils fan but I would have been shocked had this beer been less than a score of 95. This is one that I would definitely look for again.
