COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

On tap at Flat Street Brew Pub. Nice straw yellow body with short head. Quite hoppy with citrus. Nice taste to it and more than I had expected from a pilsener. Well done.

Sampled at le Mondial de la bière 2005. Pours a clear golden color. Appealing aroma of saaz hops with malt and citrus. Good flavor of saaz hops with malt and citrus. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Very enjoyable pilsner.

Very strong aroma of hops. Gold and cloudy like a wheat beer. Crisp bitter taste with lots of hops and some clove. Thin. I like a pilsener, but I can't find what everyone is enjoying so much in this beer.

Deep yellow pour with white head and lace. Aroma is light earthy hops and light caramel. Light/medium malt, paper, and floral hops. Light/medium bodied with nice carbonation. A very nice bitter. Proof that a pils can be nice.

This was a very easy to drink deep yellow brew. Very light head but was a good flavorful summer drinkable brew. Liked the hops and the malts used I would have another after I mowed the lawn.

12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy straw color with a bountiful white head. Aroma is of soft floral hops, with an emphasis on Saaz. Notes of grass and light malt. Flavor is very sharp with a great hop bite and finishes very clean. There is also a strong german malt backbone to it that comes out in mid swallow. This is what a true pilsner ought to taste like. Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated with a light fizziness. This is just a great refreshing knock your socks off beer. An American classic.

Bottled. Plae golden with a rich white head. Dry hoparomatic grassy nose. Dry and grassy flavour with notes of lemon zest. Long dry and spicy aftertaste. Very good pils.

Very light in colour...obviously a pils. Tons of small bubbles similiar to champagne. A mild hoppy smell. Somewhat hoppy taste with a very noticable lemony taste. Light malt flavours, but an overall good taste, especially for a pils! One of the best pilsener's i've had in my life.
