COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher. One of Michael Jackson’s 500 Classic Brews

Pours golden color with a snow white head that disappears quickly. Some citrus and hay in the nose. Crisp hoppy taste, not long on sweetness or bitter. Fizzy carbonation and a crisp, slightly astringent finish.

This bottle was dated best by dec 11. That got me a little annoyed as I didn’t see it til home. That said it actually held up well. Aroma is a mess but I can attribute that to being 5 months past it’s prime. Taste was awesome. Dominated by floral hops. Very herbal, some jasmine and some citrus and minimal malt. Some funk but not bad considering age. Definitely trying this fresh. The only hoppy beer my girlfriends ever somewhat liked.

Aroma fresh and mild. Amber body with a thick, creamy head. Light and lively palate with a hoppy, bitter taste.

I enjoyed this one quite a bit. The simple flavor is refreshing, but it’s still complicated enough to be interesting.

Very tasty pils. I enjoyed the aroma after I poured it into a pint glass. First sip was very pleasant. Goes down quite easy, with only a slightly tangy aftertaste.

Weed ain’t like it was in the sixties, neither is pilsner. This is super dank yet true to style. Everything prima yet everything pils.

Pours golden with a quick fading white head. A much more full pilsner. Slow drinking, but very nice.
