COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

A nice pils but not in the league of many european pilsners Ive had. Flavor is hoppy with little complexity to back it up. It does not offer the creamy texture I like in a good pilsner. A good beer considering the style but not anything I will seek out.

Floral nose. Hoppy with a bit of corn (but in a good way) flavor. If this was my first Pils I'd like the style.

Bottle. Pours a Clear yellow with a thin white head. Nice noble hop, mint and grass aroma with a touch of malt. Smooth crisp malt highlighted by spicy bitter hoppiness. Wonderful pilsener.

Drank a bottle at Cleo’s in chicago. Golden pour with dense, foamy white head. Nose is grassy hops and typical lager. Flavor is good, with a light grassy flavor with a heavy hop finish, some spice. Great body, great taste, awesome pils.

UPDATED: AUG 24, 2011 What a heck happened? It now smells like yeast, and the hop aroma and flavor are rather dull and restrained. And the pilsner malt sorely lacks vividness. Rather unclean.

I continually revisit new batches in hopes of finding a good one. After years of doing so, I give up. This beer is far from the brightly lemony, herbal, peppery, and cleanly malty pils it once was. My last bottle was truly nauseating with downright putrid notes of circus peanuts, spent tealeaves, and vitamin B. Over the past five years or so, this beer has varied from almost drinkable to utterly poor, with this particular bottle being representative of the latter. My score represents the average relative to my countless experiences.

Thanks to Fantomas23, pours golden yellow. Has a yeasty aroma with some spiciness. Dry up front, some malty sweetness, and crsip hop spice in the end. Excellent Pilsner.

UPDATED: JAN 16, 2010 Pours clear golden-yellow with a puffy white head that lasts. Aroma of grapefruit and sweet citrus. Bitter up front but also sweet with pineapple flavors. Finishes with a dry bitterness.
