Pretty pale blond color, nice pils look.Good laceing.Bready floral nose.Great mouthfeel, good carbonation.Medium bodied with spicey hop flavors and decent malt backing the hops up.Dry finish with a good bitter bite in the end.Nice drinkin brew.Brewed in the bohemian pils style,i believe? I,m not much for lagers but this is one of the better ones.

Overall Impression:
Here’s another beer I haven’t had in a while...
**Old rating just said: "Better then your average Pils"
That is not a lot of info, so I’ll just keep this rated here for now and offer a re-rate next time I have one.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Angeloregon (2054) - Portland, Oregon, USA - FEB 4, 2008
From a 12oz. bottle--Poured a golden-straw yellow body with a small, but attractive white head. Sweet floral nose with some Pilsner spiciness in there. Slightly earthy and grassy, but overwhelmingly tasted of honey. Very nice beer from a solid brewery!

Bottle - 355ml. Hazy blond body with a lasting white foamy head. Fresh, complex hoppy aroma with flowery, herbal, coriander and honeyish hints. Its sharp hoppy taste carries citrusy, malty, and coriander notes. It ends with a long, robust, dry bitter/herbal finish. Awesome!
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 sliffy (2035) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JAN 2, 2006
UPDATED: JAN 14, 2006 Pale yellow pour, large head at first, but it quickly faded away. Some hop on the aroma, as well as some sourness. Flavor had little sweetness, followed by a slightly building bitter finish. I think the bottle I had may have been slightly skunked, it was best if used by 1/6/06. Will rerate when a fresher bottle is found as I’m sure this one is best early in it’s life.
I had this on tap tonight, nothing impressive, but a little better than the old bottle I had previously.
3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 asheft (2032) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 16, 2011
[on tap]
Apricot and vanilla aroma with some base malt. Clear gold under thin, lacy white. Intense, almost resinous hops flavour of apricot, peach, a little pine, and citrus accents from the fermentation. Assertive bitterness. Considerably bitter finish, medium body, medium carbonation.

Easy to drink, not too heavy. Quite solid overall. Pours nice golden with thin head. Has a nice pleasant floral hop aroma and crisp, slightly bitter finish. Great session beer.
