COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Definitely an American take on the style with its strongly aromatic hop presence. Citric and earthy. Bright, clean, delicious, and refreshing.

Poured a glassful of head. A small volcano going off in my glass from the carbonation streaking upwards. Has a mildly fruity taste. Like others, I’m not a pilsner fan but this is very tasty and well done.

355 ml bottle (from a 6 pac), purchased at the LCBO Rideau and King Edward (Ottawa) on November 1st 2009. Pale blonde, thin head. Aroma of dry floral hops, a little citrus. Taste of grass hopped, dry and almost no bitterness. Pleasant light taste!

Sampled at Stone 9th Ann. party. Not bad for a pisner. Such a boring style to try and do something outstanding with. Seems that as soon as you do something great with it it turns into another style. Still tasty stuff and I would drink it anytime.

Bottle poured an ultra-light, ginger-ale-yellow with an average sized, fast, white head. A skunky start faded quickly to mustiness over grainy malt aromas. A quick-drinker, this was thoroughly light & bitter with a mildly sweet finish. A damn fine beer to drink over a hot barbecue.

active yellow pour with a fluffed white head . honey and hay aroma. straw malt taste with a great slightly sour crisp bitter finish. very satisfying a great food beer. lingering straw flavors with a perfect bitter balance.this is what a pilsner should be. thanks slob for the trade.

A very good classic pilsner. It’s crisp, clean, nad has a nice hoppiness, but it’s maybe a bit too crisp. I prefer a slightly more noticeable finish, and this one goes down just too clean. Still, very refreshing.

12 oz bottle. Clear pale gold, small white head. Grainy, hopped up cirtus nose. Flavor is a tad on the grainy side, sweet malt notes. Hops come back in the finish, an herbal bitter, and more grain. Very good pils!
