COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Aroma is slightly hoppy, spicy, earthy. The appearance is straw gold, thin white head. The flavor is somewhat malty, grassy and certainly hoppy. The hops leave a little sting on the finish. Not bad, better than some German pilseners out there. In fairness, this is far from my favorite style. Not bad overall.

Bottle, from Julio’s. Enjoy by sep 03 05. Good nose, sweet and sour. Sourdough, little lemon, grass, Classic clean yellow/gold color. Good fluffy white head that faded quickly. Bitter flavors, lemon/grapefruit, a little tinny, some skunk, toasted grains. Thin body, lite creamy mouthfeel, bitter dry finish, nice spice on the finish. I like it, I’ve had APA’s that don’t have this much flavor

Flaske: Lysegul med et lille skumhoved. Fik først en flad omgang, men den havde også stået i åbnet i køleskab natten over. Da jeg fik serveret en frisk åbnet var den dejlig crisp og let bitter. God pilsner.

This is a great example of the pilsner! Very tasty on a hot day here in SC! Golden pour with a light white head. Since joining the site I have been trying some great beers but today wanted a light drinker so I picked this one up and its great!

Draught at d.b.a. Crystal clear golden colour. Small fine-laced white head. Saaz-hop aroma. Very crisp. Nice malty aroma as well. Crisp bitterness. Solid malt backbone. Juicy malt flavours. A nice pilsener. Little aftertaste. Flavour stops abruptly.

12oz bottle. Pours clear pale yellow with a small head that goes away a bit fast. Nose quite citrusy, quite malty and quite hoppy. Taste is malty and crisp. quite bitter, especially on the finish. Quite dry. Quite drinkable. Overall this looks quite bitter and not as fruity and malty as some other good pils I had. Let’s blame it on the uncertain freshness of the bottle !
