355ml bottle. A pilsner interpreted through American craft style. Strong noble hop flavour. Some pretty good stuff.

Very refreshing! Light floral hops, citrus, grains and light caramel. A bit herbal and lemony in the finish. Really good example of how far you can push the style.

I love the caramel and Saaz aroma of this beer. The body is very full without being heavy. Great finish with lots of lingering bready flavor .

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
A good dose of flowery hops with a hint of citrus. Light grainy aroma. No Esters, DMS, or sulfur. Appearance is a brilliant straw color with a white head with average head retention. Malt flavor is grainy with some pils sweetness through the middle, but finishes dry. Hop flavor is the showcase in this beer providing hints of flower and spice with a bitterness that lingers through and after the finish. Beer is fermented clean with no fruity esters. Mouthfeel is medium-light with medium carbonation that leaves a drying resin sensation on the mouth on the end. Overall, a great American version of a German pilsner.

Pours clear golden with small white head out of bottle. Aroma of apple juice, pine, grass, honey, and some hops. Great flavor of bread, oats, grass, and hint of hops. Good beer for a pilsner.

Great saaz hops and barley taste here. Definitely a great entry for the style. Pours blonde with some orange hue. Finishes with some crisp barley aroma, light bitterness. Tap at Churchkey.

Bottle. Pours a clear cidery gold with faint white head. Aroma is lovely: grass, meadow, honey, apple juice, oats, grain. Taste is orange rind, breakfast roll, grain, grassy hops, lightly soapy and resinous hop finish. Still my go-to pils. So good.

Weed ain’t like it was in the sixties, neither is pilsner. This is super dank yet true to style. Everything prima yet everything pils.

Say, why does this pilsener have a big ol’ picture of a hop flower on the label? *sip* Oh!
