COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher. One of Michael Jackson’s 500 Classic Brews

UPDATED: JAN 4, 2013 Serving: from bottle--purchased at Total Wine & More. Aroma: lightly hoppy. Appearance: average-sized, frothy, white, initial head with no lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Hazy, medium-yellow body. Taste: lightly bitter, acetic initial flavor and heavily bitter finish with long duration. Palate: full body, watery texture and fizzy carbonation. Overall: a pilsener with a punch. Thirst quenching with an interesting, hoppy taste.

Very classic Pilsner. Pours a light golden clear with small head and moderate lacing. Not sweet with moderate German hop bitterness. Aroma of toasted hops. Medium bodied medium bitter finish. Good representation of this style.

Victory Prima Pils
As a part of Variety of Victory I got this Pilsner from Victory Brewing.

It’s a clear, yellow, beer with a one finger high, white head.

Nose: Floral, grass, spice, biscuit and yeast.
Taste: Biscuit, caramel malt, white bread, hops and hay.
Body: Medium, creamy body. Medium, soft carbonation. Dry finish and a great bitterness. Smooth taste!

Really good, balanced pilsner!

Clean earthy herbal aroma. Taste starts sweet and soon becomes bready and bitter, very nice interplay between the bitterness and maltiness they balance out well although the bitterness come out on top. A nice dry clean and refreshing pilsner with nice bitter finish.

Pours slightly hazy yellow with minimal head. Lightly hopped nose with yeast ester and bready malt. Flavor is fruity for the style but rounded out with the malt. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a pissy yellow from a bottle, minimal head despite vigorous pour. Nose of wheat, flavor of spicy Saaz, a little skunked, old bottle? Not so great.
