Pale yellow appearance poured from a bottle with small head.
Taste was good but not my favorite pilsner...the bitter finish of the hops was too much for this type of beer.

Good example of a classic pilsner, maybe slightly more hoppy, just not very interesting in any way.

On draft at Churchkey in DC. Pours a clear gold with a thick white head. Slight hint of mint in the nose. Spicy hop flavors with a mild hop backbone. Bitter finish.

Bottle from Elevated, golden yellow pour with a thin white head. Aroma of pale malt and some spicy hops, light earthiness. Taste is grassy and some spicy pine hops.

Bottle. This is one of the great beers of late summer and early fall. A perfect crisp pils with good hopping.

Hmm, quite disappointing. It has a pleasant aroma and very pretty pour but the hops are just too dry and off putting for my taste. The golden pour with a big white head is the best thing about this beer. Just not my cup of tea!

Bottle poor, minimal head and decent lacing. A very bitter pilsner that is crisp. I would recommend it if you wanted to try a different style of pilsner.

Poured from a bottle into a pilsner glass. Clear bright gold with a hearty white head that has a decent amount of lacing. Aroma is really malty, nutty, and a bit of straw. Taste is malty sweet balanced out by a sharp hop bitterness that sticks around. Simple and to the point. Would pair great with some pretzels.
