COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

The best German style American made pilsner. It has a nice little hop note, and a great finishing bitterness. This beer is very reminiscent of a Bittberger or Rataberger except better.

A bit wild and too bitter when you crack the bottle open. Needs 10 minutes or so resting in a glass to calm down and lose the metallic aftertaste. Then it becomes a champion german style pils, perhaps with a fruitiness that resembles a Vienna Lager?

Appears a nice golden color with a good white head. The head stays on as a white ring around the edge of the glass and leaves some lacing. The smell starts very bready but quickly becomes spicy. The taste is similar to a biscut at first, but again moves to a spicy and earthy flavor that really finishes nicely. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with a good sting from the carbonation and hops. Overall, a great pilsner that goes down easily and is very refreshing on a hot day.

This beer is wonderful. Bready and dry but still very bitter on the finish. Like a much more subtle IPA.

Throughout the glass there is a solid golden liquid. The aromas are that of a sublte hops at first with an earthy finish. At first the hops are hard to trace but once towards the end the hops explode through the glass. A different style Pils that will leave a lasting mark on your taste buds!

My favorite from Victory. I’m prejudiced since I only live 15 minutes from their Pub & Brewery. A great session beer.

Pours a clear golden yellow, with one finger of foamy white head. Lots of bubbles flowing through the glass for as long as there’s beer in it. Smell is somewhat faint; earthy and of grassy hops. Taste is similar but much more clear; a very smooth flavor with a crisp finish of hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is very thin, with medium carbonation. All around an excellent beer, and one I wouldn’t mind drinking regularly.

very light yellow and totally see through. In fact, you might think it’s from Big Beer just from the look, even if it is a little hazier. But that first whiff will change your mind. Spicy and floral hops fill the glass so you know it’s actually got some flavor! There is a bit of grainy malt here, but the hops really shine through. Spicy, floral, grassy, this packs a lot of flavor from the hops, but not so much that it’s overpowering. Very dry finish with the grainy and grassy flavors lingering. One of the best pilsners there is! If only all beers marketed at pilsner tasted like this!
