Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher. One of Michael Jackson’s 500 Classic Brews

This beer is hops throughout. Both aroma and flavor are loaded with them. There is some fruit in the aroma and some bitterness in the flavor as well. It is pretty much a rock solid pilsner but probably got points deducted for being one. That is not one of my favorite styles.

Not much aromatics to speak of. Mild sweet maltiness and hay in the body with an earthy noble hop finish. An OK beer, good for a pilsner I suppose, but it’s just not my style.

Draught at d.b.a. Crystal clear golden colour. Small fine-laced white head. Saaz-hop aroma. Very crisp. Nice malty aroma as well. Crisp bitterness. Solid malt backbone. Juicy malt flavours. A nice pilsener. Little aftertaste. Flavour stops abruptly.

Orange color with small head and no lacing. I didn’t enjoy this one too much. Light aroma and flavor, a little bitter, and mix match of other odd flavors. Not a lot of hops or fruitiness, just boring awkward flavor

Bottle: Pours yellow with a small head. Decent yeasty flavor and aroma. Smell of bread or similar item. One of the best pilseners that I have had, I am just not a big fan of them.

Nice bright yellow color with little head. Noste of rich malts mixed with some hops. Bit of a European taste with malts. Decent beer.

Drank over the summer and must say it went well with a steaming hot chicago summer day. Pours out very BMC looking, but BMC it is not. Nose of light hop and beer (seriously). Flavor was plain but quite refreshing. Mild hop, but again very beer tasting. Not bad for a nice hot day.

12 oz bottle. Bought it with good intensions. I wanted to have another good victory. This one was not as good as the others. Poures a light head and golden yellowish body. Grass and light hops are present. Good, not great.

From unclemattie via trade. Thanks! The pour was golden in color and slightly turbid. A fizzy, one-finger plus tall head formed and provided decent lacing. The aroma was tart lemon initially, with spicy saaz hops coming in and trying to offer some balance. The flavor was sharp, tart citrus with only a bit of the expected spicy hops coming through. The mouthfeel was thin and the finish was clean. I think this one was a tad past its prime. Would love to try it fresh on tap as it seems to have plenty of underlying potential.
