COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Very clean golden color is a shade darker than the macro posers that are dime a dozen. The carbonation is natural, so the beer does not appear to be as fizzy as them either. There is however a steady stream of tiny bubbles constantly flowing upwards, feeding a tiny head. The aroma is clean, delicate, and hoppy. It does not have any grainy, sour funk like a macro. The taste is a lot fuller when compared to a macro beer. There is a lot to like here with a crisp hoppy bitterness, sweet Pilsner malts with a mellow, mature lager character. Pilsner is a difficult style to brew a distinguished beer in, but Victory has done it. I wish I had it available here to pass the summers in Hotlanta. Thanks Foxman for the taste of Pennsylvania.

Golden color, nice head. Aroma is truly pilsner with a bit more hoppyness. The flavour od the german malts provides a strong backbone for generous hopping. Finish is dry, crisp and very drinkable. One of the world's best pilsners.

Wow!! This is either #1 or #2 for the best domestic Pils that I have Tasted!! Great hop aroma, (probably Saaz, maybe Hallertau)edgy but soft at the same time.Just the nicest head that I have seen on a craft Pils! Beautiful finish, I could drink this every day and still totally enjoy it! Great job, Bill!!

Aroma: Noble hop aroma (Saaz) and pale malt in the nose. Very clean as it should be. Appearance: White head when poured, which quickly disappeared. Looked like a flat lager after it set for awhile, no head held at all. Clarity is very good, gold color. Flavor: Hop flavor in the forefront supported by a toasty malt flavor which is just too lip-smacking good. Mouthfeel: Medium mouthfeel, with a crisp hop bitterness that is refreshing. Overall: One of my favorite beers, I'm glad this is offered year round.

Another great beer from Victory. Excellent hops and bitterness. Someone else mentioned "crisp", not sure I can describe it better.

Poured into pilsner glass. nice trail of bubbles with 2 finger head. Probably the best pilsner you can get outside the Czech Republic
