COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

UPDATED: NOV 1, 2010 Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a Collins glass. Enjoy by Jan 20, 2011 printed on label. Appearance: Pours a clear light gold with a 1 finger foamy white head. Decent lacing. Smell: Floral hops with a hint of spice and lemon zest. Taste: Sweet florals up front then a subdued mix of bready malt and spices in the middle ending with bitter lemon rind at the finish. The hops really coat the mouth in a good way. Aftertaste is quite bitter. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with a good amount of prickly carbonation. Drinkability: High drinkability. Goes down very smooth so you could drink several of these without any trouble. Overall: Very good beer overall. I would definitely recommend checking this one out.

light to medium color. Little head. Distinct hops armoa. The sharp hops flavor hits your palate right away, and leaves a distinctive bitterness. Definitely a favorite.

Draught. 1/6 barrel at home. Light and crisp this pils is a great beer to enjoy on a warm day. It is perfect in our SC summer nights. Victory produces many very good beers. The only negative is that some may be turned off by the natural unfiltered appearance. But, for a true beer lover it is a bonus.

Pour is light golden with a big head which settles into no head. Smells slightly of apple and flowers and slight corky flavor. Crisp feel with a bright bitterness which lingers. This is refreshing and big beer.

12 ounce bottle, best by October 2010, hopefully this goes well. Pours hazy amber color with a foamy 2 finger white head with very good retention, and nice glass lacing. Aromas of grassy, citrus, and floral hop notes, pilsener malts, and spiciness. Taste of citrus and floral notes, with some spice and bitterness that lasts after the finish for a nice period of time. Very easy going and refreshing beer, feels very smooth going down. Medium carbonation and body. Overall this is a very easy drinking and enjoyable pilsener. Delicious stuff for a pilsener, I can’t say I have had too many micro brewed pilseners in my time of reviewing and enjoying craft, but this is definitely a great effort.

Ahhh in my mind everything that a pilsner should embody, Light in body but a delicate malty sweetness balanced by a hop spicyness. SAd I only have a six pack of this that will be slowly enjoyed, is it true that a gas station in Maine has better selection than our government controlled liquor stores? Why yes it is, damn NB LC.

This is a very good pilsner. On tap @ Stone Bistro. Pour is beautiful gold, slightly hazy, half-finger head which retains very well. Aroma bread cereal, hints of grass & floral. Taste is sweet, nice amount of body, finished with a slightly sweet aftertaste. This is a quality brew, and I’m very impressed. I would enjoy having this beer again soon.

Pours a clear light golden/yellow, with a lightly frothy head that reduces to a thin foam within a minute or so. The aromas are light with a subtle spicy hop presence but otherwise smells of fresh noble hops with little malt aroma. The taste is a refreshing and clean blend of pilsner malt with a mild earthy and piney hop taste that lingers well on the back of the tongue. The mouthfeel is light and effervescent. Overall, a really excellent hoppy pilsner, quite refreshing.
