COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Imbibed in November 2002. A light hoppy aroma with a faint yeastiness. Poured a light straw yellow color. Slightly cloudy with a lemon merangue head made up of small bubbles. A steady stream of carbonation persisted the whole time. Hoppy with light malt flavors and a citrus twang. Crisp and clean. I'm not a pilsener fan but I could drink this on a nice summer day.

Pale amber color, More hop character than I’d expect from a pilsner but very smoth and not the least bit bitter.

Very light in colour...obviously a pils. Tons of small bubbles similiar to champagne. A mild hoppy smell. Somewhat hoppy taste with a very noticable lemony taste. Light malt flavours, but an overall good taste, especially for a pils! One of the best pilsener's i've had in my life.

(sample @ brewery) a very pale yellow/gold with a pretty white head. nose is all hops-saaz it would seem. flavor is equally hoppy, with just enough pilsner malt flavor to give it some balance. finished crisp and dry with a very light body that makes it easy to drink. excellent beer.

This beer stretches the limits of a pilsner a bit, but it is so damn good I don't mind. A nice citrus aroma and flavor followed by a sweet snap of hops. Sweet, but not so that it sticks to the mouth. Overall refreshing, tasty and quite impressive. My hats of, once again, to Victory. Peace.

Straw colored with fresh hop aroma. Clean, bitter refreshing taste. Hop heaven. Strikingly good pilsner.

Bottle - Has a nice yellow, amber color. My first thought - this is great tasting beer. Though it is from a bottle, it reminds me of the quality Pils you get in the pubs in Parague. Great, great hop aroma. My only complaint is that the head dissipated quickly.

UPDATED: OCT 21, 2003 Golden color with the typical white foamy head of a pilsner. The flavor, however, is not typical at all. It has the crisp hoppiness of a US pale ale, with a nice smooth maltiness underneath. A great beer; by far the best pilsner I've ever had.
