COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Like a few others have noted, i too really dont care much for pilsners. Few that i have had have done anything for me. Simply said, this one is just really good.

very nicely made, does nothing wrong. very nicely structured on the palate. gives you heaps of hop flavour first up - herbs + pine (hallertau & Northern brewer?) - then grainy, honeyish malt sweetness, then long, late accelerating bitterness, leaving a grassy hop tingle behind. a bit more malt presence wouldn't go astray but this is a very classy beer.

not unlike a high quality german lager. has the same honeyed hay aroma and pale golden appearance. a full and lingering bitterness. quality stuff

Top notch Pilsener. Do these guys make any bad beers? Plenty of descriptions already so if your thinking of trying it, do yourself the favor.

UPDATED: OCT 7, 2005 Additional comments: Noble hops and mild vanilla and malt nose. Lots of hops. Late malt flavors are lightly buttery. A cross between a czech and german pils. A little to hoppy to set and enjoy a bunch on any given day, but a good one for just a single or two night. Original Comments 5/8/02 - I decent german pils. A bit overbalance hops of Saaz and Northern Brewer. Nice clear straw color with good head and lace.

This was a very good pilsener. The taste was full of hops and refreshing, and this is definitely a beer I will try again.

Very nice ’pilsner aroma’, crisp and clear golden color. A spicy flavor, that finishes pleasantly bitter. I was very impressed with this beer, as I tend to enjoy more darker beers, but this one is very nice.
