COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher. One of Michael Jackson’s 500 Classic Brews

Bottle. Hazy straw yellow pour, white bubbly head. Aroma of crisp grassy hops, faint bit of must in the malt, citrus rind/light fruit. Flavors of dry malt with a decent bit of grapefruit/citrus rind come into play, a slight earthiness/must is apparent as well. Light bubbly body, crisp/bitter/malty throughout with a dry lingering bitter finish. Overall, this is one of my top three session beers: it’s bright and crisp and overall just a very satisfying brew that I drink regularly all year round. This coupled with a very fair price point makes it a hard beer to beat. Most definitely my favorite summer brew as well as my favorite pilsener. I don’t see what there is to not love about this beer.

12 oz. bottle. Pours golden and slightly cloudy. Has a compact, white, head that dissipates moderately. Aroma is sweet and malty. Taste is fairly bitter, which goes against what you would expect from the aroma. It is very hoppy with a medium body and slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is average. The finish is all hops. I’m not a big fan of super-hoppy beer and this one doesn’t impress me either. However, I do like the aroma and the texture of the beer. Would I buy this beer again? Probably not, considering how many other beers are out there that I like better. If a friend served these at a BBQ, would I drink one? Absolutely, as I can see how a cold one of these would hit the spot on a warm, sunny day.

On tap at O’Connors. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma sweet, malty, flowers, herbs, grass and earth. Taste is sweet, almost sticky, earthy, grassy hops with a sweet and slightly astringen finish. Too sweet, didn’t go well with me at all

An excellent craft pilsener from the east coast US. From a bottle, I was impressed by both the aroma and appearance of the beer, the former was a sweet fruity and clean grassy hop aroma, some pale malt, and the appearance was a clear yellow gold with an exceptionally frothy and long-lasting head. Taste was a moderate flavor intensity of noble hops with a more soft fruity and flowery than bitter resiny accent, along with solid pale malt. Finished with a slightly more bitter hop aftertaste. Light and smooth on the palate, not too filling. A well-executed pilsener rendition.

Malty aroma with slight lagerish funk. Taste is malty, but that almost rice like maltiness that pilsners have. Not badly crafted at all, but that is what pilsners taste like to me. This one is well made and a refreshing beer but I am just not hugely into the style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Excellent Pilsner. The aroma is classic Pilsner. The taste is grassy Pilsner with just the right amount of hops.

In bottiglia. Aroma di cereale, miele millefiori, erbaceo un pò ruvido. Al palato corpo leggero, sentori di miele ed erbaceo, un pò terroso. Non molto fine come aromi, comunque godibile.

Excellent clean and easy drinking pilsner. Great spring/summer beer. One of the better pilsners I’ve tried.

12oz bottle. 6/15/15 code date. Appearance: Light golden and probably the clearest beer I’ve ever seen. Nice thick white frothy head that lingers. Aroma: Floral, grassy hop notes on a light crackery malt base. Taste: Light crackery malt sweetness, with a subtle but strong hop bitterness to balance. Slight spiciness to the hops. Mouthfeel: Light bodied with a moderate, crisp carbonation. Finish: Spicy and herbal hop bitterness lingers. Overall: Beautiful looking pilsner with nice floral and spicy hop characteristics. Maybe slightly subdued bitterness for a German Pils

355mL bottle BB 31/10/2015 Clean golden body, foamy white head. Pleasant enough aroma; honeyed, lightly toasted, corny malts, subtle floral hops. Medium carbonation & body, quite crisp. Corny malts, light biscuity character, floral hops, a hint of citrus, decent bitterness for style. Nice enough, quite a traditional example - not really outstanding though.

Pours light golden yellow from bottle, minimal white head. Malty, rather clean aroma. Tasty pils malt, slides nicely into the bitter, with slightly oily finish. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Great pilsner, went down fast. Would easily drink again. Wife loves it.
