From a bottle poured a nice anber color with a good amount of head. Nice hoppy flavor with a lingering finish.

Sep 6, 2008 Golden pour white foamy head. Slight hops pine, citrus aromas. Very surprised by the malt in this one, complimented with nice grassy body. Not overly carbonated with just enough body. Very clean and bitey at the finish. One of the best pilseners I’ve had to date.

Sep 5, 2008 Light yellow with a small white head that diminishes. Nice hop aroma and bitterness. Quality ingredients make this an excellent pilsner.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, hay, moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (190608)
