Draught@RNH. Rated 9. March 2013. Clear golden color, small white head, lace. Fruity and piney nose. Medium to full bodied. Very fruity, sweetish alcohol, lots of pine and resin. Tasty.

Crystal clear golden hued body with a white head. Aromas are grassy, floral, rose water, orange and tangerine. Flavors are of orange, grassy, bitter, tangerine and grape fruit. Low malt, lively carbonation, a bit thin.

Hyper juteuse, comme croquer dans une pêche, finale de pamplemousse rose percutante.

Tap at Sugar Maple. Looks filtered orange-tan. Creamy glass lacing head. Smooth and very clean, not unlike the Smooth Hoperator in a way. Quite well balanced, shows off the big smooth malt. Very easy drinking for 9%. Lots of Munich malt. Really an excellent beer.

Tap. Poured a clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate spruce earthy hop and malt aroma. Medium to abundant body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. This beer exceeded my expectations.

I’m a fan of pine resin beers and this one fits the bill. Very alocholic. Good balance too. Tried in NYC in 2013.

this was a very, very good beer. Holds true to everything you’d expect from an IPA. And at 9%, it packs a punch!!

Pours amber with a white head. Very hoppy. Dank, resin, pine, grapefruit. Balanced with malt at the finish. It was pretty good but not something I would drink often. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Cole’s. Light orange coloured body. Rather mute flavour, with a bit of astringency in the finish, and yet still a bit thin. Rather fair for the style.
