Draft. Poured clear orange copper color with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate to heavy complex citrus and earthy malt aroma. Medium body with slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy smooth bittersweet flavor with a moderate to heavy bittersweet finish of average duration. This is a solid beer.

Lubiere (9734) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 6, 2012
A golden amber DIPA with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, a smooth caramel malt with loads of piney floral hops, pungent and classic, citrus notes. In mouth, a smooth caramel malt with nice floral hops, piney, melding well with the nice alcohol warmth, rich and bitter. On tap at Barcade, July 1, 2012.

TwoSipDip (8894) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - SEP 9, 2012
Tap @ the Inaugural Boulder IPA Fest. Titled "Victory Ranch Double IPA" so I’m not positive this is a correct spot for the review. Anyhow... Porus a clear orange appearance with an off white head. Woody, earthy, dull herbal aroma. Chewy, spicy, orange fruity flavor that’s a bit boozy.

Tap at Victory. Clear lighter amber with 360 off white lace. Nose is sticky orange and noble hops. Taste is sugary, some candi sugar, mild alcohol, loads of sugar piling on. Palate is thicker, noble hop squashy bitter. Raw sugar centric with sweetened butternut squash. Moderate clear alcohol bite. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Served on draft at Beer Run. Pours a clear amber color with a medium sized creamy tan head. Good head retention and nice lacing. Aroma of citrus, spice, herbal, peppery and tropical hops. The taste is sticky tropical, pine, citrus and earthy hops with a very faint malt note. Definitely a hop bomb. Full bodied with a lingering bitterness.

BMan1113VR (7813) - Los Angeles, California, USA - DEC 13, 2012
Draft (Draught House Pub in Austin, TX 11/16/2012) listed as "Victory Ranch DIPA 9%". Keg collar did not specify anything beyond that. Pours with a crystal clear bronze hued body with an off-white head. Aromas are malty first, caramel, bready. Pretty clean yeast wise. Hop character is pine, mint and spicy. Flavors are bready, grainy, malt forward East-Coast DIPA. Relatively hoppy with citrusy and minty characteristics. Medium carbonation, fuller bodied and a bit sweeter than I like my DIPAs.
