I really enjoyed this one. Victory calls it a Hybrid Porter. BA calls it’s a Smoked Beer. Whatever it is, it’s a really nice session beer. A good mix of coffee and smokey flavors. Ends with a small hop finish. Nicely carbonated and just goes down nice.

Draft at Victory. Pours black with medium head. Smells of smoke and more smoke. Taste is the same.. And thick. I’m a fan of smoked beers and this is a goods one.

Growler via the brewpub.. Light brown in color that lets light through... poured aggresive so it had a big head. Aroma of of sweet malts, light campfire smoke, breakfast meats. Taste is nice a rauch...Well balanced sweet maltiness with a campfire smokiness... little break fast meat taste. Followed by a chewy oat flavor. Body is on the lighter side, very drinkable...(good session beer) Good amount of carbonation... Thanks to Scott for picking up the growler.

Aroma of sweet smoke and coffee. Not quite "meat" but close. Pours deep brown with tan lacing. Tastes of smokey coffee with some tobacco and dark fruit undertones. Very tasty smoked porter.
