Sampled at Victory itself and was delightful. Very heavy in the malt and bread, but not dense. Very refreshing start to the evening. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

MrChopin (3474) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - AUG 18, 2013
shimmering amber, bubbly under the lacing, pretty thick white head. Muted nose of grains, doughy but lightly spicy, bordering on rye, dry despite light honey influence. Bit of crust at front palate, turns into citrus and honeydew mid, light, fruity, even rindy finish, soft carbonation allowing mellow profile to survive in the grainy finish. Odd beer, if pleasant.
