(Hand bottle, courtesy of thirdeye11) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of perfume, florals, dry cow manure, wet leather, and horse blanket. Flavor of herbs, florals, earth, brett, apple, and yeast.

Big fruity brett nose, tropical fruits, some honey, and pears. Taste is moderately sweet, lightly tart, light berry, some peach, light pineapple, and a touch of cotton candy. Light pepper on the finish. The brett really types the line of fruity and nail polish remover.

This poured a murky darker yellow to gold with a white head. Aroma was of lots of ffunk, but not sour, some swage and garbage in their too. Flavor was just off, vomit garbage and lightt bretty notes. Something went seriously wrong with this one.

Capped hand bottle - poured a flat yellow. slightly cloudy with minimal head. citrus nose and some funkiness. Glad to try, but the sweetness overlaid on the sour brett flavors makes this one a bit complicated for me to enjoy. Smooth finish with a lingering lemon zest and sourness..

Bottle poured a clear tarnished gold with a lingering ring of white foam. Aromas of apple, spice, light earthiness and light barnyard. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, bread, light apple, light spice and light barnyard with a smooth dry finish.

Growler shared thanks to John. Poured a medium and clear golden color with a small sized head. Aromas of nice brett, leathery, manure, barnyard, with some spices and fruitiness. Tastes of brett, leather, light spices and fruitiness. Very nice.

Growler poured at Greg’s in Lancaster, thank you gentleman. Unfortunately it was completely flat, hence the low palate rating, but still SUPER delicious. It poured a deep lemon color, lightly clouded. The aroma is the awesome sweet and wild funk you get from the Brett, I love it. The flavor of the wild yeast is dominant, but without the infected bite, it settles very smoothly on the palate. The Brett tamed the spiciness and still let the sweetness come through in a welcoming way on top of an excellent, however non-carbonated, medium to thick body.

Growler shared thanks to Axilla. Pours a hazy golden with a medium bubbly white head. Aroma was bretty, barnyard, funky notes, perfume, a little plastic, tropical fruits and citrusy notes. Flavor was bretty and funky, barnyard character, brett dried out the noramlly sweet monkey.

Hazy golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, vanilla, brett, spices, toast, toffee, and light alcohol. Taste of citrus, spices, brett, light oxidation, with some sweetness, but finishing dry, with light alcohol
