Transfer from BA review on 7-9-12 -
Poured from bottle into pint glass
Appearance – Pours a lighter golden color with a nice billowy white head. The head has a moderate amount of lacing and leave a medium level of lacing on the glass.
Smell – The aroma is mainly of a lighter bready nature with some lemon citrus and a light pine hop aroma.
Taste – The taste begins almost entirely malt based. Flavors of bread and biscuit are on the tongue. Hop flavors then start working their way into the taste. It begins with some citrus and then some pine begins working its way into the flavor. The taste overall is more on the dry side and makes for some easy drinking slightly bitter flavors.
Mouthfeel – The body is on the lighter to medium side with the carbonation level being just slightly above average. Both make it very drinkable and enjoyable.
Overall – A good session brew that is easy to drink while hanging out and sitting around with friends or just watching the game on TV.

On tap @ Last Drop. Pours light yellowish golden with very thin white head. Aroma is thin light malt and dry peppery hops. Taste is clean lemony pale biscuity malt with dry herbal hops on the finish. Impressively light and flavorful, really a perfect summer beer.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have pale, biscuity malt, light resiny hops, some floral notes, light citrus, crisp and refreshing, decent summer beer.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear straw yellow color. Not much head, almost looks like a white wine.
The first aroma is interesting: it’s metallic, but also kind of flowery. The malts are of the Euro variety (more sharp German than bready English). The hops are borderline perfume. There is an aroma that is borderline white-grape; I can’t quite put my finger on it.
The taste doesn’t have a Belgian funk, but it has a Belgian golden quality. The malts aren’t quite "bready," but they are sweet and soft. There is a definite grape/berry component that is so unusual.
The feel is really dry, almost champagne-like. It’s a better-than-average summer ale, to be sure. Adds a little white wine to the mix, and that’s actually a good thing in this case.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Nice malty aroma with a subtle citrus aroma from the hops. Very clean appearance. The beer is a light golden yellow with brilliant clarity. The head is foamy white with excellent retention and nice lacing on the glass. The beer has a nice biscuit malty flavor up front with a nice bit of hop flavor and bitterness on the back end. Finishes a little dry which makes you want to go back for more. Good Summertime beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled. Pours pale golden with a small yet long lasting egg-white head. Crisp straw and dried grass aroma with some underlying fruits (peach flesh and light orange zest) and graham cracker. Lightly sweet flavor at first that grows increasingly bitter as flavors of light leather, grapefruit rind and slightly sour, doughy bread come to the forefront. Solidly carbonated. Finish has a little lingering rye bread, heavy straw and more citrus rind. Quaffable and solidly made.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from Harvest Market
Pours a pretty clear deep straw color with a good sized tightly bubbled white head that recedes to form a cap on top. Aromas of bready and light caramel malts with a solid floral spicy hop to counter. The flavor is rich sweet bready malts with a bit of earthy spicy hops. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation. Wow I really enjoyed this beer! Extremely clean, simple, but quite flavorful at the same time.
