COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed locally at the Victory Brewery in Chester County, the Summer of Love Ale is a golden ale made with pale malts, German hops and Brandywine River water. This specific style of beer was chosen because it has a broad appeal and will be accessible for casual beer drinkers, but will still retain exciting hop notes.

The brew has a vibrant and refreshing pale color derived from its lean and refreshing malt body. And the initially floral aroma of hops segues into a well integrated, refreshing hop dryness of European heritage.

Draft at Jerry’s. Pale gold with big, foamy, white head / Elegant, floral nose of bread, honey, and citrus / Medium body, lush and creamy but understated and stylish with superb balance and bitter finish / Flavors of pear, honeydew, orange, resin, hay, soap, and dry hops / Relative to a golden ale, this is just absolutely perfect.

Fantastic hops punch, yet surprisingly light on the pallet. Not too much alcohol, perfect for hot days. Just might be my new favorite.

I’m not sure what perfect is but this is pretty damn close to the perfect summer beer. The only gripe I have is it isn’t in cans. Great little Hoppy blonde. Me Gusta much gringos.

Bière de style golde ale de 5.5% d’alcool, belle couleur doré, bien mousseuse, houblonné à la perfection, goût et senteur fleural. Caro à beaucoup aimé.

Lots of grassy and spicy floral hop notes in aroma and flavor. Minimal pale malt background keeps it fresh and poppin

Bottles all summer long - Easily my favorite beer from Victory. This is what their Headwaters Pale Ale should be, but alas, they are not going to brew this one year round (even though it seems to sell faster than any other Victory at a couple distributors...). A hoppy floral aroma wafts forth from a pale yellow gold body. Great pale malt pils body with the hops of a really good pale ale. Perfect balance of floral, spicy and citrus hops that appeal to almost everyone - from IPA lovers to IPA haters. Please make this a year round brew Victory!!

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2012 Nice floral hop nose with crackery malts, light sugar and a touch of lemon. The taste is quite dry and lightly bitter, with snappy, bright and crisp malt, light lemon and floral hops, a touch of hay and clean yeast. Light to medium body with moderate, but gentle carbonation. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome.

Very clean and crisp...malts and hops play well together...a nice hint of citrus but not overpowering. Great beer for summer.

Hazy pale golden colour. Tight white head. The nose is bright and citrusy. Clean noble hopping with a lot of aroma that I can only describre as "braumeisterish". Spicy and lemony with a nice clean bittenress and s kiss of light fruit. Damn tasty stuff. A near perfect APA. Crisp malts and an excellent balance. I could drink this all day.
