Pigfoot (2226), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA Jul 22, 2007 Slightly hazed and nearly white, a pearish appearance, going on green, nearly, with a puffy, active crown of foam above.
Sweet, then tart nose, loaded with citrus and spice...tons of orange and lemon, with that banana & clove kick in their, too....nice.
Very refreshing, a blast of flavor, bitter, tart, then sweet and smooth. Plenty more hops in this than your average German Weissbier. Tart from the citrus flavors in the hops, bitter a bit, then just refreshing and delicious.
Long, tart, citric, hoppy finish, medium bodied...
